Enjoy a quaint, private, quiet & charming little place to call your own, on a small, working (seasonal) Thoroughbred horse farm. Green acreage, lovely scenes and sunsets. Located in horse country, between historic Winstar Farm and Lane's End Farm, just a short drive to small town USA, Versailles; historic Midway; and to the nearby City of Lexington, home of the Kentucky Wildcats, Horse Capital of the World, Bourbon Country & so much more.

Pets allowed (2 max), well behaved, pet fee applies.

The space
Have a little slice of Kentucky life, experience for yourself what Horse Country is all about. You’ll have an entire home on a Thoroughbred horse farm. Located off of Hwy. 1681, Old Frankfort Pike (the backroad; Midway-Versailles Road US-62), also nicknamed Thoroughbred Alley, now officially registered on the list of America's Federal Highway Scenic Byways, the drive alone may be worth the visit, especially in the Spring and Fall. Check off that bucket list :)

To note, the only bedroom, bed 1, has a Queen Casper mattress on a raised bed frame. The two singles are in the living room, West Elm couch, Twin-sized. Bed 2 is the couch top (back cushions removed) and bed 3 is a trundle that pulls out from underneath the couch. Please utilize provided bed linens.

Kroger Marketplace, shops, fast and sit-down dining are 4-5 miles drive. Historic Midway, a 6.6 miles drive to local shops and dining. 20 minutes to Bluegrass Airport. Several Kentucky Bourbon Trail stops are within close proximity including Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Lexington Brewing & Distilling, and more. Several local breweries nearby as well, including Country Boy, West Sixth, Fusion, Ethereal, Blue Stallion, Mirror Twin, Pivot and Rock House.
