A wonderful country retreat for any trip to Cooperstown. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and slept 3 full grown men on comfortably! Elizabeth was a wonderful host, and made sure we had everything we needed - from food to extra lawn chairs we used at the Hall of Fame Induction. It was nice to have a quiet place to relax after 2 very busy days in town. And for you dog lovers, Houdini the Smooth Collie, was a friendly and enthusiastic, co-host for the weekend!
About the Host, Elizabeth
Hello there. I'm Elizabeth, your host at Wick and Thistle. I'm a professional seamstress masquerading as an aspiring craftsman. Good friends, good coffee, a full table at dinner and folk/trad music filling in the spaces between laughter all make me smile. We're all headed to the same destination. How we live, what we contribute, and what we learn along the way is what makes our stories unique.
