The front house on San Antonio Street was built in 1920 and there are 3 new private mini-villas in back. The Blue Villa is the middle of the 3 new units.

There is a security camera for the parking lot. Fredericksburg Short Term Rental Permit #FBGTX-81927. A 7% Gillespie County Hospitality Tax is included in the nightly rate, so it comes out of our portion.
