The property has a large beautiful backyard for relaxation or play. Wildlife on the property consists of wild turkeys, Barbary sheep, deer, and peacocks.

The space
This historic ranch house was originally built by Sheriff William Brady who was killed by Billy the Kid in nearby Lincoln town in 1878. This lovely property consists of fifty acres with a stream that runs through it and the Emil Fritz Spring. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views, fresh air, and outdoor activities such as hiking or plein air painting (painting outdoors).

No outdoor campfires or fire pits allowed due to fire restrictions as well as insurance purposes.
