The space
Spectacular position in West Moonah. Enter the home with a family room and modern kitchen. This room leads out onto a deck with a panoramic view where Mount Wellington joints the Derwin River.

All living areas and bedrooms are carpeted, whilst all bathroom toilets and kitchen areas are tiles. We provide kitchen essentials, quality bed linens, and other guest amenities.
There are two levels in this house each opens to separate access. The top level is self-contained and all yours to enjoy. The house is equipped with reverse cycle heat pump in the living area and heater in every room. Private access with 1 ensuite bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two toilets, as well as a cosy living room and a dining room that looks out to a picturesque view.
