Location is fantastic. If you are looking to hit the shopping of London immediately, this apartment is at an excellent location. It is a walk-up apartment & there are many convenient cafes along the streets. Irish pubs, asian restaurants, you name it. A short walk to Oxford Street, Bond Street, Regents Street, Leicester Square, Soho, Trafalgar Square, Regents Park, Mayfair and even King's Cross and Euston and it's very easy to get a bus to Paddington if you are coming from Heathrow airport. Most of the tourist sites are walking distance including the British Museum, Regents Park, National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Buckingham Palace.
If you wish to arrive or depart earlier or later than it is designated here, please contact me and we will work something out. I had to change my policy due to another guest who abused the word "flexible". I apologize on his behalf.
Interaction with Guests
There is a 30 GBP extra payment for arrivals after 10pm (22:00) which represents the cost for the taxi for the person who will be at the apartment to hand you the keys and you pay him/her cash on the spot.
Fitzrovia is itself a quite vibrant neighborhood with Charlotte street having first class restaurants and bars. Fitzrovia boasts a very large concentration of boutique art galleries as well. Access into the Fitzroy garden is only from 12-2pm during summertime and it is shut for winter.
Public Transport - Because of our central location you have numerous underground stations to choose from (Warren Street, Goodge Street, Great Portland Street, Euston) All of which are a 5 minute walk away. Several bus routes and obviously 24 hour taxis.
We suggest the following way using public transportation:
Get the Picadilly line from Heathrow until Green Park and then change to Victoria line north and get out to Warren str.
The flat is in the second floor, without elevator, narrow stairs

On Saturday noon, April 28th, 2012 I had an issue with the boiler in the apartment. I paid back in full the guest who stayed in the apartment during the incident, and I called a technician to be at the apartment first thing in Monday morning. He didn't appear on time, the other guest was busy so we moved everything for the next day. I was told that I need to change the boiler and I contacted the guest telling him what happened and making sure that the next guest coming on the 6th won't have troubles.
Most likely the problem at the apartment will be fixed before my next guest but I didn't want to ruin anyone's vacation. So until I am sure that it will be fixed, I will make sure that I won't destroy their vacation due to a broke down boiler. For that reason, I had to cancel all "near" reservations
This is how i would like someone to deal with me as a guest, if one was in my shoes, so I did the same.
Keeping the flat tidy please. Smoking inside is not allowed. You will need to sign a check-in check out form which states all the things that exist on the apartment. Report any damages immediately so we can deal with it promptly. Have fun and enjoy the apartment and London !!!
