Please note:

The interior staircase to the basement is not suitable for small children. Children should use the exterior stairs for safety.

Basement rooms receive less natural light. One twin room in the basement does not have a window.

Pool & Hot Tub:

The pool can be heated from April to October (additional fees apply).

A hot tub is available for hire via an independent company if desired.

Child Safety & Amenities:

A pool safety fence is provided and must be used for children under 12.

This is a residential area of privately owned villas. The villa is in a cul de sac so you don’t have lots of people walking past the gates.

As it’s a residential area and opposite the church we request that you keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum at night and respectable level in the day to be considerate to the neighbours.
