The Agriturismo Poggio del Gallo is in the heart of the countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi, a few kilometers from the park of Monti Hyblaean, a few miles to Comiso Airport. It is the perfect location as a base to visit the nearby Ragusa, Modica, Caltagirone, Donnafugata and Punta Secca.
The space
In Sicily, renovated farmhouse in the countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi, with scenic swimming pool overlooking the village and the Hyblean Mountains. Surrounded by pastures, vineyards and fields with olive grove in production. In season, the vegetable garden is in production, too. Everything is in perfect harmony with nature.
Guest access
The house is equipped with wifi, fireplace, stereo and tv. A PC workstation is available. The guests will have at the disposal a small study and a little and comfortable living room loft. It is possible to dine with the host and his guests, often winemakers, chef and restaurateurs.
Other things to note
The olive oil used in cooking is the organic production of farmhouse olive grove, such as jams and pickles, thanks to the vegetable garden. Dogs live with us.
