The space
New accommodation facility, with a splendid infinity pool equipped with whirlpool, counter-current swimming, solarium, patio and a splendid garden with typical Mediterranean essences. The swimming pool area is the pearl of the whole structure, designed to admire the splendid scenery of the northern coast of the Mediterranean sea up to the splendid fortress overlooking Cefalù, both when you immerse yourself in pure and crystalline water to cool off during the summer heat, either when from our solarium you will be kissed by the warm Sicilian sun or comfortably seated in an armchair in the shade of our gazebo.
Your accommodation is built with an architectural style typical of Mediterranean culture, equipped with all comforts, heating and air conditioning, flat screen TV, wifi, furnished in a vintange and modern style.
All the rooms of the accommodation enjoy a breathtaking view overlooking the Tyrrhenian sea up to the Rocca di Cefaù, inside the accommodation is composed of:
- double bedroom, sea view, with large mirrored wardrobe (possibility to add a cot)
- living / dining room, sea view
- kitchen equipped with all utensils and dishes, complete with appliances: large fridge and freezer, 4 burner stove with electric oven and also American coffee machine.

All your senses will be stimulated, your eyes will be filled with breathtaking panoramas, your sense of smell will be stimulated by the smells and scents of the forest, your hearing will be filled with the song of cicadas and birds surrounded by olive trees, laurel and ancient oaks.

The swimming pool, the pearl of our villa, is quite large (5 x 10 m) and has an area with shallow water (h = 1.20 m) also suitable for your children, which slopes down to a maximum height of 1.50 m.
Around the swimming pool there is a large solarium with reclining beds to relax kissed by the sun.
Adjacent to the solarium you can take shelter in the shade of the gazebo, during the hottest hours, comfortably seated in our armchairs sipping a good refreshing drink.
These areas will eventually be shared, with the guests of the other accommodation (Cefalù nest pool house Superior), a good opportunity to get to know and socialize with other cultures or if you prefer, thanks to the large size of the spaces, you can always have guaranteed your privacy.
The two houses are distant, totally independent and both have their own exclusive terrace with breathtaking sea views.
The accommodation has a large and convenient shaded private parking for the exclusive use of our customers.
We have installed a camera in the pool area, a camera in the parking and a camera in the main entrance, exclusively to ensure greater safety for our customers.

Other things to note
The pool water is filtered with a highly sustainable and respectful system of your body avoiding those annoying burns and the unpleasant smell of chlorine, in our pool we adopt ultra-modern filtration systems with natural absolute elements, such as sand and salt.
The swimming pool is open from April to December and is not heated.

Cefalù nest pool house was born from an idea of the Cesare family, developed by the architect Francesco Abbate. The centerpiece of the new project is the splendid swimming pool, located in the most panoramic area of the entire property. In the design strategy, in close collaboration with the local workers, the designer opted for the infinity pool, thanks to which, you can admire a continuum between the pool and the sea, playing with the colors reflected from the sky. The pool is also equipped with an area with hydro-massage and swimming against the current, in order to offer you maximum comfort, both in the hottest summer hours, and in the evening at sunset, or even at night, being the pool equipped with LED lighting chromatic variation. Francesco will be happy to welcome you and fulfill your every request guaranteeing a warm welcome, a characteristic that distinguishes all the Sicilian people.
