The neighborhood is great as everybody knows each other. It is a quiet neighborhood as there is no business and no reason to pass through unless visiting or living in it.

I am from New Jersey however I have been in Hancock for about 6 years. I like it up here! A truly hidden gem that attracts visitors from all of over the world, especially in the summer, as people descend upon Hancock for world class fly fishing, camping, river trips, bon fires, summer camps and much much more that has to be experienced to be discovered. It is where the East branch and the West branch of the Delaware River meet to form the main branch that eventually empties into the Atlantic ocean. It is a truly special place where people meet from all over to have experiences that last a lifetime. A proud, family friendly village that loves showing off their small town to the rest of the big world. Come to Hancock and find a porch to do some sittin.
