Nicely appointed treehouse w/wheelchair accessible ramp. Secluded on 20 private acres only 8 miles to I-26. Private yet convenient. 20 min. to Johnson City, TN, 45 min. to Asheville, N.C. Main level has sleeper sofa, kitchen, full bath, gas log fireplace, and flat screen tv. Upstairs has a king sized bed. Outdoor shower, two clawfoot bathtubs, waterfall and firepit. Hiking, mtn biking, cornhole, disc golf on site. NO PETS ALLOWED! If we are booked check out our NEW listing the MOONGATE COTTAGE!

The space
Landline, dsl internet, covered outdoor cooking area w/Blackstone griddle, great mountain views, Appalachian Trail just up the road, whitewater rafting, restaurants, movies, etc. nearby. Very quiet atmosphere with privacy galore. Enjoy the view and listen to the waterfall. Horses are welcome too. We have plenty of pasture and space for your trailer.

Other things to note
During the winter months (November-March) there may be days when the waterfall cannot be used due to freezing weather conditions that could cause damage to the pump. Unfortunately the bathtubs and outside shower are not available November-March because of the fixtures freezing. NO PETS ALLOWED!
