This spacious, newly-restored guesthouse, featured in historic registers, Architectural Record Houses (1967) and House Beautiful (1965), offers distinctive, cozy and immaculate lodging; amid groomed fields, woodlands, a pond, hidden streams and lush vistas. Hiking trail, waterfalls, caves, natural swimming spot and a public pool are a short walk away.

Minutes to Glimmerglass State Park, The Glimmerglass Festival, and Cooperstown.

The space
Built in 1965 to share among family and friends, the distinctive split-level design affords a measure of privacy for guests. Two bedrooms and a full bath are tucked away on one side of the house and third bedroom, TV/sitting room and full bath are on the other. A common living/dining area and galley kitchen unite both sides.

In keeping with the beautiful clean lines of Mid-Century Modern design, each airy bedroom offers bed(s), side table, seating and two spacious built-in closets, one with rod and hangers, the other with floor-to-ceiling shelves.

Our guesthouse is equipped with essential amenities for a leisurely vacation. Let us know in advance if you have any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
