Minutes to Glimmerglass State Park, The Glimmerglass Festival, and Cooperstown.

The space
Built in 1965 to share among family and friends, the distinctive split-level design affords a measure of privacy for guests. Two bedrooms and a full bath are tucked away on one side of the house and third bedroom, TV/sitting room and full bath are on the other. A common living/dining area and galley kitchen unite both sides.

In keeping with the beautiful clean lines of Mid-Century Modern design, each airy bedroom offers bed(s), side table, seating and two spacious built-in closets, one with rod and hangers, the other with floor-to-ceiling shelves.

Our guesthouse is equipped with essential amenities for a leisurely vacation. Let us know in advance if you have any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

This property is ideally suited for mobile adults and families.
