The Treetops Apartment is ideally located on the Allees Paul Riquet, Beziers' version of the Ramblas. The apartment overlooks the Park of Poetes, giving you the impression of being in the middle of nature. Centrally and conveniently located close to all amenities. From the rear window you can see the Pyrenees Mountains and the Béziers cathedral. With no overlook on the back of the building either, you have complete privacy. The apartment is a third floor walkup without elevator.
The space
The Treetops Apartment is ideally located on the Allees Paul Riquet. It overlooks the Park Des Poetes which means that there is no overlook from neighbours. The train station is only 400 meters away, while the main bus station is 600 meters away. Bicycles can be rented 10 meters away, from us, the owners. The Allees Paul Riquet is the beating hearth of the city of Beziers. It is here that all activities take place, such as the flower market on Fridays or the flea market on Saturdays. The apartment occupies an entire floor of the building, and has windows on all three sides. All windows are double paned glass as well.
Guest access
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
Overlooking the beautiful Parc Des Poetes you enjoy full privacy year round with only an occasional bird looking into your windows. Located on the third floor, the living room / dining room is quiet and light. There is cable TV with around 800 channels including National Geographic, CNN, and BBC News. There is also high-speed WIFI internet. A remote controlled ceiling fan and a pedestal fan add to your comfort year round. The real leather couch can be converted to a fold-out bed. The bookcase holds a large collection of paperback novels and tourist information. The paperback novels can be taken with you as long as you put another one back again, making it a rotating library. There are two birdhouses in the windows, and some years baby birds are born here. Of course, the view from the windows is amazing. One can even see the sea from here, albeit just a tiny sliver of it. All windows have double-paned glass.
