Relax and enjoy our Comfy Cottage on a quiet street close to all sports Budd Lake. Front view overlooks woods, and the back patio features an umbrella table, gas fire pit, gas grill, and a play house that houses the beach items. ( Memorial Day to Labor Day) A two level garden surrounds the area.
Inside it’s sparkling Clean, newly remodeled, open concept and sleeps up to 6 people. It’s
close to many fun family activities you are sure to enjoy!

The space
Open concept living and kitchen with eating area in between.
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee bar, microwave and more!
Full size bathroom with tub/shower, double sinks so more than one person can get ready!
Beautiful fully furnished back patio with gas fire pit, umbrella table and garden! PLEASE cover cushions if it looks like rain.
The front deck has wicker comfortable seating and an umbrella table with a nice view of the woods.
Bedrooms have comfortable beds and bedding. One has a king size and other a full, Queen sofa bed in the family room.
Laundry room/pantry off the kitchen for easy access.
Entirely Professionally decorated!

Guest access
The mini-house at the top of the driveway, has the beach equipment but kids may have fun playing inside. Memorial Day to Labor Day.

No smoking- No pets.

I am looking forward to having you stay in any one of our Harrison cottages; Cozy Cottage, Comfy Cottage, Hart Haven, Rustic Pines, Primitive Pines, Anna’s Place , and Blue Heron. Harrison is centrally located in MI & there are 20 lakes in 20 miles to enjoy.
