Location: five minutes to Sonoma Plaza and Glen Ellen, five-ten minutes to nearest wineries, ten minutes to Kenwood, less than an hour to San Francisco, fourty minutes to Napa, Bodega Bay beach, Healdsburgh, Sausalito or Tiburon. Here is what one of our guests wrote in his review: "...and preferred the charming low-key Sonoma Valley wineries we visited when compared to the industrial scale that is Napa Valley these days. If we did it again, we would spend all our time in the Sonoma/Kenwood/Healdsburgh corridor and skip Napa altogether, for which this house location is absolutely ideal".

Larisa's home is absolutely beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless and the beds were super comfortable! Location was great! It's located only a few minutes outside of the Sonoma square! House was perfect for our group of 6 but there was even extra space. There is even a patio off the master bedroom that has a gorgeous view! Larisa was a fabulous host! She was very easy to contact for any questions and very friendly!! I would HIGHLY recommend staying there! I felt like we were at a resort ;) We are looking forward to another visit!!
It was a great experience staying at this house.
Great House, Clean and it has everything you need to cook.
I would high recommend staying at this house.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Was convenient to town and had everything we needed. Larisa made the whole process very easy.
This house was everything and more I could ask for. I stayed with 6 friends and there was more than enough room. The house had a lot to offer and the two fridges were awesome! I would recommend to anyone and everywhere and definitely would stay here again. Larissa is extremely accommodating and easy to get in contact with! I definitely have found my home away from home.
A group of 5 of us stayed at Larisa's after attending a wedding in downtown Sonoma. The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot while staying in Sonoma area.
This house is everything advertised and more. We loved the location on a quiet street in Sonoma, as a jumping off point for hiking and wine tasting in the area. We had an amazing hike in Jack London park, just a few miles up the road, and preferred the charming low-key Sonoma Valley wineries we visited when compared to the industrial scale that is Napa Valley these days. If we did it again, we would spend all our time in the Sonoma/Kenwood/Healdsburgh corridor and skip Napa altogether, for which this house location is absolutely ideal.
As for the house, the kitchen is well stocked (with a double fridge!), the living areas spacious, and the wrap around porch was perfect for enjoying the cool evenings. I also liked that the rules were pretty relaxed for the house -- some AirBnB houses give you a long list of very specific chores on the way out the door, but Larisa's place seemed to follow the common sense "do unto others" rule of leaving the house as you would like it left if it were yours. That resonates well with us :-)
My wife, two friends and I had a wonderful time at Larisa's house. It was perfectly located, right outside the town of Sonoma on an extremely quiet street, no more than five minutes from Sonoma Square and only about 25 minutes from the city of Napa. The house was absolutely wonderful. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed, it had a great deck that was perfect to relax on after a day of wine tasting.
Larisa herself was a fantastic host. She always replied within a few hours (if not minutes!) of getting in touch with her when we had questions pre-trip, and she even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had what she needed. After their cable box broke right before our trip, she let us know about it and even had a new one delivered, despite us telling her it wasn't needed.
The next time we're out on Napa/Sonoma, you can be this is where we will be staying!
Awesome experience. Super easy and great communication. Loved the house. Would 100% stay again.
Larisa's house was beautiful! Both the downstairs living space and upstairs bedrooms were spacious, beautifully prepared and clean for our arrival. The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked with every dish or pan you might need for a quick meal or an indulgent dinner. I prefer sleeping with the windows open as opposed to using central heat, and there were plenty of extra blankets if you didn't want to use the central heat or AC (both for which Larisa provided easy instructions on how to use). The outdoor porch had seating for 6, in addition to the porch swing, and it was a great place to enjoy the warm California air after a day of wine tasting. Larisa was very communicative and responsive to all of our inquiries and requests - it was the most perfect place to spend a weekend in the Sonoma Valley. We would absolutely return to Larisa's home our next trip! Thank you Larisa!
We had a lovely stay with our family at Larisa"s house. The house is very spacious with more than ample room for the 8 of us. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we certainly enjoyed our stay
