Come share my bright, clean corner condo and stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Vancouver!

This new building offers secured entry, security, lobby and gym.

Open plan design condo boats a well equipped kitchen, insuite laundry, original art, contemporary furnishings and a city view.

Your private bedroom has large windows a mattress, fresh linens and towels are provided.

Start your day with a smoothie from the juicer or stroll down to the Starbucks attached to the building.

- Next to bus stops and grocery stores - Block away from BC Place and Rogers Arena
- 5 mins to Pacific Centre Mall- 20 min. drive to UBC - 45 min. drive to Cypress Mountain - 90 minute drive to Whistler Mountain - A short walk to Seawall and walk to gastown, Skytrain a block away - -2 blocks to Granville Street Night Life

Secure underground parking can be arranged with notice at $15. There is also street parking and parking lots close by.

Sorry but no pets, smoking, drugs or parties inside.

It is cheaper if you stay longer. Just type in what dates you would like on the right and airbnb automatically calculates that for you. Beyond that there is no discounts.

-There's a skytrain a block away from the apartment that takes you to/from the airport otherwise there are limo, taxi ranks and car rentals. 40 minutes depending on traffic.

Although Im situated on a quiet street you are beside all the trendiest restaurants, yoga studios and shopping Vancouver has to offer.

Yaletown : " Once an industrial district, today Yaletown is one of Vancouver’s hottest neighbourhoods. It’s home to many of the city’s trendiest restaurants, bars and night spots, hip shopping boutiques, and celebrity haunts. "- Vancouver Guide

Look just above the price per night and you will see a blue local guidebook button Ive done on the area. Its by no means complete but can give you an idea of whats around for eateries and entertainment.

I can also give you reccomendations and if you are easy going when you go out I can put you on guest lists for nightlife. If you have an iPhone, check out the app "urbandig" -- it's (email hidden) to the city of Van and might give you some pretty cool ideas of what to do here.

+++Again, Im really sorry but fIm only comfortable renting out to females or couples only please. Please dont contact me otherwise because I dont want to waste your time+++

  • She (email hidden). We had a really good time in Vancouver and that's because of the central and cool location of the apartment.

  • Nadika (email hidden)! She is superfriendly and helped me with all my questions.
The room itself is small, but very clean and cosy. I liked it very much!
Also, the flat is located very central so that you can walk pretty much everywhere.
I highly recommend that place and book it again if I'd come back to Vancouver.
Thank you Nadika for the great time!
    Best wishes from Munich

  • Nadika (email hidden)!! We had so many questions about the apartment and Vancouver and Nadika was great with everything. She was always so prompt at getting back to us prior to our stay and once we were there, gave us suggestions on where to go out, what to see and do. We stayed while getting ourselves set up in Vancouver to live and she went well above and beyond in helping us get organised. From showing us where the local bank was to where the best places to shop for groceries to suggesting a phone company to set up our mobile phones with. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nadika as a host. Thank you again!!

  • My stay at nakida's place was awesome! Her place is in a very safe and cool neighborhood. My plans changed a couple of times before i got to her place and She was very understanding and cooperative And patient! Which I really appreciated! It was very clean, everything I needed was easily accessible and Nadika was very communicative and replied promptly to any emails I sent her. All and all a great start to my airbnb experience! I would highly recommend her place to anyone and would gladly stay again if she would have me! :)

  • Excellent location. Clean apartment. Nadika was never there so had the place to myself although I was hardly there either. Nadika is friendly and even lent me her hairdryer.

Would highly recommend it. It is also close to the Skytrain which I caught in from the airport.

  • (email hidden) this is! The location is PERFECT for exploring downtown and is only moments away from the start of the waterfront walking/cycling path. There are tons of great, upscale restaurants in the neighbourhood and everything is in walking distance.

The condo itself is gorgeous! Everything seemed brand new and well taken care of. I loved having almost floor-to ceiling windows in my room, with views of the city as I fell asleep. I am so happy I booked with Nadika!

  • This was a really great, more affordable way to stay downtown in a good location. The bedroom is small for two people, double futon on the floor, but comfortable enough. Only slight issue for us was we didn't realize the building does not have wireless and the corner Starbucks closes at 8:30. We had some work to do, so it was inconvenient. But for vacationers, no wireless could be a benefit! Also, parking could be an issue. We were lucky to find a free spot on the street, but it would have been good to know our options in advance - we forgot to ask!

  • Nadika's place was right in the center of Yaletown and close to everything. The space was beautiful, clean, safe, and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here to others and will hopefully have a chance to be back soon. Thank you Nadika!

  • I choose Nadika's ad because of her location. I was going to an intensive program in Downtown Vancouver and really just wanted to take the hassle out of commuting everyday so I could focus on my studies. When I got there I was not disappointed! Nadika is so lucky to live where she does. 2 and half blocks from the Skytrain and a Starbucks just around the corner from the front door of the building; equals your coffee's still nice and hot while your waiting for the train!
That Skytrain is brilliant too. It was so easy once you figured out which direction you need to go and what platform you need to leave from. Waterfront station is the hub of where you need to go to catch the other Skytrain lines and from Yaletown your only 2 stops away; that’s not even 10 mins. Plus if you traveling from Vancouver International Airport or want to experience Victoria on Vancouver Island for the day, both lines come through that Yaletown station. Hands down, (email hidden) to be in! Sure, you'll hear a few car alarms going off and/or an ambulance go by, but it was few and far between, and when you consider how close you are to the Downtown core I’m surprised at how quiet it was. I was a special case too, I stayed with Nadika for 4 weeks. I didn't even realise I could walk to school instead of taking the train. 15 mins your on Granville Street where there’s lots shops, theatres and just a plain old buzz of activity. 20 mins and your at Pacific Centre mall... Which could either be a really good thing, or a not so good thing :P

The condo was awesome! The room provided consisted (email hidden) to sleep and nice big drawers to put all your stuff in. Vancouver was really hot when I stayed too, and Nadika was really accommodating and brought up a fan for me to use. In fact. she saved me twice, because my blender had a meltdown halfway threw my stay and she very kindly brought me one to use!

Yaletown is a fabulous hot spot. A nice blend of trendy restaurants, clothing shops, hair salons, cafes and grocers all within a comfortable walking distance, without that feeling over being too overcrowded. Yaletown is big on urban living and almost everywhere you look it is littered with these cute little town homes in amongst these beautiful emerald trees and bushes. Over all, definitely a great stay experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Vancouver!
