  • Excellent condo. Very large and right on the water.

  • We rented the condo for almost a week and had an amazing experience. It's in a great location where it's easy to walk to downtown or a cheap cab ride into town. Whether you want to relax or have a good time, this place will serve your needs. Mane was very responsive and attentive to any request or question, and was a great host. Overall, we had a great time and definitely recommend staying here if you're in Puerto Vallarta.

  • Mane de la Torre was a wonderful host. He was always responsive at any time.
His place is beautiful and well maintained. Helga, the person in charge was also very nice and accommodating.

  • My family enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for us. It was nice to be outside of Puerto Vallarta, close to quiet beaches. The place was clean and comfortable. Thanks! We had a great time.

  • My husband and I rented this 3 bed Condo for 2 weeks and we invited family to come along. Everyone was very pleased with the place and location. We woke up every day with the smell of bacon and pancakes from the restaurant downstairs, amazing views and sounds of the Ocean. We saw incredible sunsets and watched dolphins swimming all over. We enjoyed hanging out on the terrace while doing some grilling. There is a supermarket pretty much next door where you can get all your everyday groceries. Taxis are waiting for you right there across the street or you can take the bus for 50 cents usd/ 6.50 pesos. Downtown is just 10 mins away. They have two maids that will come twice a week only but if you need anything else they will be happy to help you. They can also do your laundry for a bit $ extra. Having a pool in the Condo is awesome, unfortunately the water was bit cold for us but I bet doesn't matter on Summer. The beach is right there for you, but if you find it too rocky or you want more sand to lay down just walk few meters and will find a pretty nice area. Everyone in my family loved it, definitely I would go back to stay there! Manuel the owner was always available online making sure everything was working OK for us. Thank you so much for that Manuel!! Best wishes,

    Hana van Anden

  • We (6 of us) rented the seaside condo while attending a wedding at nearby Hotel Playa Fiesta. The place is fantastic! Gorgeous ocean views, a wonderful restaurant 1 flight of stairs away (which I think was understated in previous reviews, the food is excellent and they have full brunch on Sat and Sun for only 150 pesos/person), you can go to the beach directly below or walk a block to a larger, less rocky one. Manuel was excellent with his communication both before and during our stay. Cabs are incredibly easy to get and only about 50 pesos to Melacon and 180 pesos back to the airport (more coming if you take the airport taxi). The wifi really only works indoors but was adequate when it was needed; the front desk of the attached hotel is willing to help with just about anything (you can get a cab in 2 min); and its much more of a local, laid back scene compared to other parts of the city. It was a great stay, and we would definitely come back. Similar to other reviews, the maid service was spotty (she didn't come for two straight days and was a little stingy with towels) but overall it was not a big deal and didn't affect our stay.

If you're looking for a non-resort style lodging where you can cook and relax with multiple couples or a large family, but still want resort-like access, this place has it all.

  • We rented for 10 days in november and the place was charming. We spent the evenings by the private pool and the bbq grill was a wonderful addition for the catch of the day. Had a few glitches with the maid who does not appear to like her job, but all in all, the place is a winner! One recommendation would be to change the ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom to fans with larger blades to cool down the apartment. There is a/c but we prefer not to use that.We plan to return next year and stay much longer.

  • I stayed at the condo for 2 weeks. The first week with a 4 friends and the second week was spent with my family of 8. Both places are amazing and perfectly located on the beach. Easy access to the beach and a good restaraunt below the establishment made it very easy to eat when needed. Grocery stores and such are not so close and require a 100 pesos taxi ride to Soriano. Downtown taxi ride is 50 pesos.

The house has everything you need including a nice pool, patio facing the ocean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning only in the bedrooms, and a fully functional kitchen. Great House.

My only complaint is the maid (ELGA) as she came and cleaned up the house twice and always had negative words to say to my family and I. She constantly complained that my family and I used too many towels. I apologized and also gave her money but she insisted to keep bugging me about the amount of towels I was using. I would recommend this house to anyone but feel that commenting on the maid and her words/actions towards my family were very inappropriate considering the issue was over a few towels. After leaving the house, she then told the owner Manuel that I had 19 people living in the house and apartment that are only meant for 10 people maximum, and that is a total lie.

In spite of this issue with the maid, I would return to this house and would recommend this house and Manuel. Manuel provides great communication, is reliable, and honest. Manuel also gave my family a discount on the 2 bedroom apartment we rented which was great.

  • I enjoyed my stay at this condo. The best part is the great view and terrace with private pool. The bedrooms were comfortable. The pool is in view of the hotel and other units above so not as private as you hope for a 'private pool' but still very nice. The restaurant downstairs is convenient and food is good. Beach is nice. Mostly Mexican families there which was perfect. But not crowded at all most days.
Maid service was not happening on Saturday or Sunday, I checked in on Friday. There is also no washer or dryer in the unit, as listed. It is separate and the maid will take it for you (as long as she is working).
At night, you need to enter from the top of the hotel and walk down about three flights to get back home. It's not a bad walk, just a little inconvenient and in rainy season, those steps could get wet so be careful (though they are covered). All in all, for the price, this is a great condo. I liked the jacuzzi too, in the master. It took me a long time to find the control (it's up high and under the sink). An instruction manual for the condo might help with the logistics. The internet worked well through the hotel's site. Just logon with your name and unit number, worked fine for me. Also, for 30 pesos, the restaurant will give you the password for Lindo Mar condos next door.
    Thanks Manuel.
