Andrew was a very helpful host--extremely prompt in response to questions etc. We loved the location in Napa. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and easy to navigate. There is plenty of space; we had 4 adults and never felt on top of each other or cooped up. Having outdoor space was a major plus for relaxing. The home is well decorated which made it perfect for quiet relaxing.
Beautiful home in gorgeous setting, what you would picture a Napa getaway should be. Perfect weather. Relaxing dinner on the deck. Quiet, laid back, plenty of space, yet within 5-10 min drive to downtown Napa. Quick hop onto Silverado Trail and miles of wineries. House was spacious. Older but very charming, well-decorated. Lovely cat and chickens to keep you entertained.
We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house gaain. Andrew is a wonderful, thoughtful host. The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood close to Downtown Napa and Yountville. The house is well-equipped, cozy and immaculate.
The host was very timely in responding to my questions prior to the actual stay. When we arrived, there were clear instructions on operations, rules of the home along with contact information in case of emergencies. The host even listed their neighbors as a point of contact which we appreciated in the event we needed immediate assistance prior to host arriving to address any issues. Upon entering, we immediately felt a sense of warmth and comfort as if we were visiting a friend, who left their key under the mat until they arrived. Property was spacious and provided the perfect amount of space for my team to retreat. Equipped kitchen was updated and appliances were fully functional.
The location was awesome and lots of room for a family. The host was very attentive to us and asked a lot of questions regarding assistance. Would recommend this place to anyone
This house is wonderful, we were 3 families with toddlers and had an amazing weekend! The dreamy kitchen begs for lots of cooking, but it was hard to compete with the delicious treats to be had nearby at Oxbow market. The apartment is immaculate and spacious, but still feels cozy. Andrew is a kind individual, a lovely host, and made us feel very much at home. The yard is a big bonus, with a pool, hot-tub and lovely sitting area. This is no doubt a great home-base for exploring the area! Hope to make it back out there soon.
Our host could not have been more helpful from arranging the booking to ensuring we arrived safely. The accommodation was ok- the living areas being the lounge, dining room and kitchen were good and the instructions left by the host were helpful including access to wifi. Although I would have preferred the fridge to have been cleared of foods stuffs. However the bedrooms had small beds which were not comfy and the en suite and bathroom were dated and not as we had hoped. The shower room was more modern. In addition the pool/ hot tub could not be used as we did not feel they were clean and the outside area in general tired and again not as we had hoped.
Furthermore the original advert mentions a cat that can be boarded however fails to mention that we would have to meet the cost of the boarding being $50 a day- although the host offered to pay half it should have been clearer on the advert of this additional cost. I note the advert has now been amended to note this.
