Live New York City! Experience The sex and the City, Will & Grace, Gossip girl, Confessions of a shopaholic, Eyes Wide Shut, Autumn in Newyork or whatever NYC based TV serial/ movie you can ever think of.
Your neighbors are: Mayor Bloomberg, Beyonce Knowles, Barbara walters, Bruce Willis, Donald Trump, Kofi Annan, Jason Giambi, Ralph Lauren and Woody Allen to name a few. This summer, live it all up.. in a nice one bedroom apartment, for a budget you can afford..

"The neighborhood is the greatest concentration of individual wealth in the nation" says Wikipedia! The apartment is located in prime upper east side neighborhood. It is in the 4th floor of an ELEVATOR building.

Wake up in the morning and go for a run in central park reservoir or East river whatever the mood calls for; Have Mediterranean, Mexican, Moroccan, Turkish, Persian, Greek, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese restaurant walking not more than 1 block. Do you want to go to a fine wine place, (email hidden), (email hidden), or a karaoke, or lounge, or some late night pizza? Did you come back at 4AM from a club, and you want something (email hidden) within 15 mins? This is the neighborhood to be in. Any midtown attraction / main transportation hub / Broadway shows/ Night club in the City is within a $7 cab ride away.

Express subway 86th street station - 5 blocks, Guggenheim, The met and central park - 5 blocks, East river - 4 blocks, Tons of restaurants and fun bars/lounges 1~2 blocks. from the apartment.

Furnishings include: A Queen-size bed, Shelves for your clothes, Large work desk, comfiest recliner office chair, Television, WIFI internet, Air Conditioners (One in Bedroom, one in the living room) a Microfiber couch, Kitchen, Microwave, Dining area, bar stools.

I absolutely LOVE living here. Come make a friend in NYC, get some hot tips for places to chill and hidden gems in the city. and fall in love with the place! This apartment, just like the city, is too dear to me! I cant imagine living elsewhere! :)

A best way to experience any city is not to *stay* in the city... But, to *live* in the City. Live the experience of a lifetime. Experience New York City like a native! Make it memorable.

Enjoy, Cherish and experience. Realize the true meaning of the term "New Yorker".

"There are a couple of reviews concerning the cleanliness of the apartment. Should I be worried?"

-When I had gone for traveling a few months ago, I had hired someone to maintain my apartment and coordinate. The reviews were from that time. Right when I got to know that the person had not maintained it, I replaced him and worked extra on promptly bringing the apartment back to its clean state and partially refunded to the guests from that time for their inconvenience. A guest's comfort is our highest priority. As you can in see the recent reviews after that incident, the apartment is back in shape with spick and span cleanliness. This, I can assure you.

  • A great 11-night stay in this so lovely appartment just like in the pictures ! Perfect for 2 persons, it isn't far from 2 subway stations (77th or 86th if you want to take express train on the line 4-5-6) and 10 min-walk from Metropolitan Museum ! Really pratice.
We were welcomed by Nina, who showed us the appartment. The communication was great with the maid Ursula for the appointment to get the keys. The little kitchen was full of products such as condiments that you don't have to buy if you want to cook. Fairway supermarket was very useful (on the 86th) to go shopping and cooking. The appartment is very clean and comfortable. And the most important, communication with Ryan, the owner, was great from the beggining, he answers quickly to questions, you can trust on him. In his library (just behind the sofa) you can find a game of card with plenty of walk ideas in New York. We didn't have to use it because we already prepared our routes but it can be very useful if you don't have idea. We regretted to leave this amazing appartment, it was so good ! Thank you for all Ryan

    Response from Ryan:

Alizee and Bedi were lovely couple. They took care of my place like it was their own. Highly recommended!

  • We were a bit disappointed by Ryan's apartment. It is well located and the building is pretty quiet, but the bathroom was not in very good condition. Between the tiles was black, and there was mold on the ceiling. There was a big hole in the door of the bathroom, so it bangs not the toilet... On the pictures, the apartment looks very bright, but since it is just between huge buildings, there is very few light in there.

The maid and Ryan were nice anyway.

Not an "amazing" apartement, as written in the title, just a normal one.

  • Since the beginning Ryan has been an excellent host : fast in answering, kind and helpful, also during all our stay in Nyc. His maid was waiting for us at our arrival, even if we were late, to give us the keys and introduce the apartment. The apartment is really well located, close to central park, the museum Mile and the subway station. It's comfortable, clean and very quiet (the silence during the night made us sleep in a wonderful way) We definitevely recommend it.Thanks Ryan for your hospitality :)

  • We stayed for about 11 nights at Ryans apartment.
Ryan is really reliable and answers questions very fast - the handover of the keys was uncomplicated!
The apartment itself has everything you need for a longer stay: towels, hair dryer, kitchen stuff... It is also very well located: a food shop (Food Empirium), a 7/11 for coffee, Starbucks and different restaurants and diner are in a 2-4 minutes walk! Also two subway stations (77th and 86th street) are very close-by (5 minutes walk). The area is very safe and the apartment very calm. The apartment also really looks like as shown on the pictures, the bathroom is even a bit bigger than expected. There is also a small guest information book in the apartment, where Ryan explains the most important things for the apartment and the area around.
The only "negative" point was the light: the ceiling light in the bed room didn't work, we had only two small lights next to the bed. The living room was also not very bright - but I'm pretty sure Ryan will fix these things for the next guests, because he really cares about his guests :)

  • Excellent stay! without doubt the best location we could have chosen. the apartment is spotless, everything worked fine. a great living experience in one of the best cities. Thanks Ryan!

  • I stayed a week in Ryan's apartment with my girlfriend and although the location is not bad (5 min from nearest subway), the apartment disappointed us a lot. I remember that windows face other buildings so no natural light, moreover 80% of the apartment light-bulbs do not work. The bed is uncomfortable and the windows do not close a 100% so we were cold. The second day we had to buy towels because Ryan´s towels smelled strong and had red stains, in my opinion it looked like blood. The bathroom door is broken so it is not isolated from other rooms. In addition, the cleaning done prior our arrival was not enough.

  • Our experience in Ryan's apartment was great! It's location is excelent, very near subways and central park. It's very comfortable and even tough it was very cold outside, inside the apartment was really warm. I highly recommend this apartment for visiting New York City. Ryan it's very nice and his maid Ursula too. They both helped us in everything we asked.

  • Ryan (email hidden)! He quickly responded to any questions I had. He was able to accomodate my earlier check in which made everything so much easier. The apartment was great, very tidy and warm! I would definitely recommend Ryan's apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay. So close to everything you need, especially the subway. Thanks again Ryan and Ursula! :)
