Located in South Minneapolis on Nicollet Ave. S. and E 56th St. is this cozy two bedroom home on one level. It is one half of a duplex with one shared wall between it and the neighbors. It has a private entrance and free off street parking. Two bedrooms with queen beds. The living room has a sofa and recliner for relaxing in and a 55" smart TV. Located close to everything you will need when visiting Minneapolis. A few minutes from MSP international, The Mall of America and Downtown Minneapolis.
