Welcome to your peaceful haven in the heart of the Médoc!
Immerse yourself in an enchanting setting in the middle of the forest, in a renovated old tile factory in perfect harmony with nature.

BAR living♡ room (42 m²): double bed, sofa bed (2 pers.), equipped kitchenette, large Chromecast TV, many board games.
Access to the main kitchen oven if needed.
ZEN ♡ bedroom (25 m²): adjoining Italian bathroom.
A single bed can be added in the ZEN bedroom or the living room on request for the 7th person.
♡ Separate toilet and sink.
The water isn't safe to drink, bring your own bottled water.

Tea and coffee provided for the first few days.

⚠ Please read our rules before booking:
Respect for the neighborhood: discretion required in the evening and on Sundays.
Airbnb prohibits parties (max. 16 people).
Small quiet pets accepted (in the hallway opposite the bedroom for an extra charge).
Space cleaned with care to ensure impeccable hygiene.
Possible presence of other guests (other guest rooms), please respect their peace and quiet.
Privileged access to Calicéo (sauna, steam room, swimming pool heated to 34°C): €21/pers. for 3 hours of relaxation.

Guest access
Myself or a trusted person will welcome you to hand you the keys to your private space, so that you have a pleasant stay with a group. We remain at your disposal for any requests during your stay.
Other things to note
Please carefully review these guidelines before booking and let us know when you check in as there may be events on the estate.
Reservations for more than 3 months: We close the calendar from May to prioritize renting the domain. Please contact us for any inquiries.
Check-in time: Access to the accommodation from 4pm. If available earlier, early check-in is available upon request at extra cost. Check-in after 9pm, €10 supplement.
Rules
✔ Options and cleaning: Let us know about the options you choose and clean the accessories used. Since the cleaning fee is reduced, we count on your responsibility.
✔ No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside. An ashtray is available outdoors.
✔ Waste management: The glass must be evacuated before your departure (container 5 min away) and the waste to the containers concerned.
Limited guest ✔ access: Only people present at the check-in are allowed. Any additional person without agreement will be charged €20/day or will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
✔ Respect for the neighborhood: Silence required from 10pm and discretion all day on Sundays. No loud music in the pool area (sound resonance)
✔ Storage: Any item (including dishes) must be returned to its place after use.
Hot tub ✔ use: Shower required before access, hair tied, no cream on the skin.
Estate ✔ water: The water comes from our well and is drinkable. If you prefer mineral water, consider bringing some.
Prohibited ✔ products: No toxic products (remover, tampons) or sanitary towels in sinks and toilets.
