Other Things to Note
Just to say its a great Apartment.
Isa met us and gave us a quick review of the apartment. It was clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay
The apartment is convenient to transport (bus and tram) but is a fair distance out of Dublin so it takes a while. We had 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, and the apartment was a bit crowded.
As an earlier reviewer mentioned we did not feel safe as we experienced the neighbours arguing and yelling in the block and the area did not feel safe late at night.
We arrived much later than planned due to a 3hour plane delay, however we were able to advise Isa and there she was with a big smile on her face to welcome us. The apartment was just what we had hoped for - good amount of room for the two of us - although
it can accommodate 6 that would be a bit cosy. The bed was good and we slept well, the basics for a comfortable stay were all there plus some extras in the kitchen cupboard. We found the public transport very good and very near the apartment. We would stay again should the opportunity arise, and would recommend it to friends.
Ida was helpful once we arrived; however, she never replied to our multiple emails about arrival and how to get our keys (so we just went there and got lucky that she was outside by her car at the time). The apartment was very nice, worked and was clean. We walked everywhere and it worked great (about a 20 min walk from downtown).
Isa was very helpful and apartment was exactly as shown in pictures. It was disappointing that the apartment was not close to the city and we felt unsafe with arguing neighbours every night being abusive with their language and slamming doors at all hours. We also felt unsafe in the neighbourhood and therefore left early in the morning by taxi and returned before dark in the evening and then locking ourselves in. On two occasions taxi drivers offered to wait while we packed and take us to a safer area to stay.
Isa met us at the apartment. Nice private parking. Apartment large enough for a family. 15 minute walk to Guinness. Public transportation, grocery, restaurants near by.
Direi fedele alla descrizione e alle foto; chiaramente quando le poltrone letto e divano sono aperti non resta molto spazio. Fermata bus davanti casa. Lo consiglio per cinque persone, per sei lo spazio è un po' ristretto.
We had a lovely stay at Isa's place, it was a short weekend trip and we found the place in very tidy and clean condition, it was lovely and warm and had everything we needed. The bus stop right outside is very handy into Dublin centre. The area was quiet, it's a good place for short stay for 2 - 3 people. Thanks again Isa :)
