I spent a lovely two weeks in the Dormers Apartment of the Sixth Street Retreat. The apartment is wonderful: very clean and comfortable, and perfectly situated near Main Street, the University, and hiking spots such as Moscow Mountain. The apartment had everything I needed and more: from extra blankets to salt & pepper, cleaning supplies and high speed internet. Carol is a helpful and friendly host, who was able to answer all my questions both before arrival and during my stay. I'd highly recommend the Sixth Street Retreat and look forward to returning!
Our family stayed in the two bedroom apt that Carol had rented to us. It (email hidden) to stay and the location was great. We were able to have great lodging with the amenities of a kitchen and a beautiful yard to sit outside. The house was really close to downtown Moscow, and a very short drive to WSU. We would love to stay there again.
Clean, beautiful home. My daughter and I both thought it was like staying at Grandma's house! The pictures don't do the place justice! Thanks Carol!
We loved this cozy , comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The location was perfect for our visit with family in Moscow. Thank you, Carol, for a positive introduction to Airbnb.
The Sixth Street Retreat is a lovely older home split into different apartments. It was spotless and comfortable and had a large living room to spread out in! Carol was very nice! The only negative was the microwave didn't work. Sad but not the end of the world as there was a teapot on the stove to heat my water and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. Free Internet with a great connection, house is an easy walk to downtown and yet quite quiet at night. I love that there were recycling bins and composting. I gave it 4 stars due to the microwave; otherwise definitely 5 stars. (email hidden).
The apartment was spacious and exactly as advertised, and Carol was a pleasure to talk/email with. Highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Moscow!
Just like staying at Grandmas. Neat and clean and a little old fashioned. We will definitely be staying again.I needed a little help getting in because I lost the key, and the hostess was there very quickly.
