Fun & classic beach apartment! This spacious studio has a queen bed. Full bath with walk-in shower. Full kitchen and dining table. This is the ground floor unit of a 2-story , 2 unit building. 1 reserved parking spot right outside. 100 YARDS to BEACH!
Pets must be pre approved $75 nonrefunded pet fee.

Units 1,2,3,4 are in one apartment building.
Units 5A and 5B are in a 2 unit apartment building.
Pets must be approved $75 pet fee.
As you plan for your visit, keep in mind parking is precious on Tybee and our lot has only enough space for 1 car per unit, great thing is that spot is reserved for your entire stay! We do not have extra visitor spots or overflow trailer parking. However the main beach public pay-parking lot is just a few yards away.

This unit is 2-blocks from Tybrisa St which is the main street of "downtown" Tybee. It leads to the Tybee Pier and Pavilion which means you are less than 2 blocks from the Pier, Restaurants and beach shops! The 17th St walkover is the nearest beach access point which is on the SouthEast corner of our block just a few yards away!
