Nice, big house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nicely situated about 50 meters from the sea and the harbour. Swimming and fishing at the harbour. A all boat can be availible for use (after agreement).
Grocery shop 500 meters away from the house. About 2 km to city center. Nice, quiet area of villas. Great view over the sea. 3 different balconies, a nice garden and a trampoline for use.
