In a small town, 15 mins from Sorrento ( one of the most 'beautiful towns of the Gulf of Naples ) you'll find a house with modern structure surrounded by a large garden.
In a paradise, suspended between the green of olive trees and the blue sea, you will be at the center of the most charming places of Sorrento.
Sant'agata sui due golfi is famous for three things: the incredible view of the viewpoint, overlooking the two gulfs of Naples and Salerno, the picturesque fjord of Crapolla and the famous luxury restaurant Don Alfonso (2star michelin).
To reach Sant'agata is quite simple: from Naples, you can take the Circumvesuviana (4 €) or hydrofoil which is faster but also more expensive! Once in Sorrento, take the bus that in 15 minutes will take you to Sant'Agata.
My house is very close ( 200 m) to the bus station that connect Sant'agata sui due golfi over that to Sorrento, also to the beautiful beach of Marina del Cantone (in 20mins), Positano(in 40min) and Amalfi ( in 50min).
From Sorrento you can easily reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida and also the evocative ruins of Pompei and Ercolano
The house where live my mother and my sister is very big and has been completely renovated two years ago.
We have a dog in the garden, but never comes into the house!
You have your own private room with double bed, minibar, internet access with Wi-Fi and air conditioning hot / cold.
You'll also have your private bathroom just in front of the room
Included in the price my mother will prepare you a rich Italian breakfast.
LUNCH & DINNER
If you want to eat at home (lunch or dinner) the price is 35 € for couple (wine included). And you can enjoy excellent Italian delights.

turistic guide to visit the town of Sorrento and all the nature trail of the peninsula

It is a great experience to stay in Fabrizia house and we go well with the family. Fabrizia's mother prepared delicious breakfast for us and shared the family story although we could not speak Italian, and then we had fun through communication of computer translation. The house is new, bright and clean. We cooked and enjoyed dinner in the kitchen and a small bar.Bus station and supermarket are near. Fabrizia's mother invited us to attend her son's birthday dinner, we experienced what is Italian style. Thanks a lot and we love the family.
St. Agata is a great place to have as a base for travelling the Amalfi coast. Great places to eat too. Weather was not great for the most part so my advice to you is to travel in the spring/summer to get the best weather.
Excellent accueil par la famille de Fabrizia. Dans une belle maison de centre ville, la chambre est très propre et au calme. Sant'Agata est un bon point de chute pour se promener dans la région, à mi distance entre Sorrento et Positano.
Great place to stay, very comfortable and friendly environment. Fabrizia was very helpfull. I strongly recommend this place
We had a very good time at Fabrizia's place. The room and private bathroom were very nice and clean. We didn't get to know Fabrizia much, but all the family was really kind.
We were received by Fabrizia's mother, Marinella, who prepared us wonderful breakfasts everyday, including home-made plum jam.
To reach St. Agata just take the SITA bus from Sorrento. Check timetables (you can find them in the SITA website).
We stayed there four nights and visited Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello and Positano. We moved around with the SITA bus from St. Agata (sometimes from Bivio St. Agata, which is a 15-minute walk). But as the bus can get really crowded and the service is quite chaotic, the last day we decided to take the boat back from Positano to Sorrento (much more expensive).
If you're not on a budget, really consider moving around by boat.
Fabrizia is a great host. She made everything to make us feel comfortable. The room is clean and very convenient. Lovely bathroom just next door. The whole apartment is super clean and contemporary. The room is big and I slept deeply the night. Marinella, Fabrizia's mother make us a nice breakfast and it was so nice to share stories with her. I would definitely recommend stay at Fabrizia's.
See you in Paris with Delia or next year in El Gringo
The entire house is very modern and cool. The room was fanstastic, clean and tidy, super! From the house you can reach a lot of beautifull beaches with an incredible sea.
We had a wonderful time! The house is very nice and the family even nicer, cozy and welcoming.
Strongly recommended :)
getting there took quite a while because you have to take a 1 hour train from naples to sorrento, then a 30 min bus ride from sorrento to st agatha. ask for more directions first if you aren't sure it can get a bit overwhelming!
the house is a nice and new place to stay in. proper double bed, huge bathroom, air conditioning and sufficient facilities to use! it's also pretty chill and nice to be away from the noise in sorrento. make sure you keep track of the bus timings though, it can mess up plans but if you're used to it it's not too bad.
thanks for the stay, and the hospitality by your mum, sis and friend, and the meal together! :)
We had a lovely stay at Fabrizia's house. We spent a fantastic week with her family:) Still missing her mother's plum jams :) I could improve my Italian through great conversations with Fabrizia's mother. The house is located very close to the bus station from which you can easy reach beaches or other villages (Positano, Sorrento etc.) I truly recommend Fabrizia's place.
