Experience the peace and natural beauty of the country while being close to everything! The totally renovated "Cozy Cottage" sits on 4 acres of shared land, backing up to a 450 acre protected nature preserve. Pet friendly! 5 min drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Conveniently located b/w downtown Akron and Cleveland. ~15 mins from Blossom Music Center. Washer/dryer, fully-stocked kitchen, smart TV, pull-out sofa with foam top, and a groovy sun room!

The space
Our "Cozy Cottage" is an 800 sq ft. guest house about 100 feet away from our main house. While it is cozy, it can easily accommodate 4 people, including children. We try to provide everything you need to feel at home, including comfy beds, towels, shampoo/conditioner, washer and dryer, iron, fully-stocked kitchen for cooking, smart TV with Netfilx and YouTube TV, free coffee, and various books and games. The sun room offers great views of the property, and is fully heated/air conditioned. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed, and has a 4" thick foam mattress topper. Both beds have mattress protection and there are always extra sheets available. The garage, which is accessible from the laundry room, is yours to use if you need to store bikes, boots, snoring husbands, etc. Our newly-built patio includes a fire pit and gas grill with views of the backyard.

NOTE! We have two small children who like to be outside and run around (okay maybe all 4 of us). If you're not into the occasional toddler shriek or VW hot wheels van left out in the driveway, you might want to look at another place. We always respect guests privacy, but we like to live our life too!
