Situated near popular Nytorget and with 10-15 minutes walking distance to the old town. The room is 18m2 big and equipped for some basic cooking wich means you can have a certain degree of privacy. Facing the courtyard the room is very quiet .
There is a 120cm bed in the room and a 105cm extrabed that can be put in place in a few minutes . Both beds are comfortable. If there is need and the person is not to big the sofa can be used too. Bedlinen are included. As you can see in the pictures you have cooking possiblities in the room and also a dining table and therefore a certain degree of privacy is possible. The room is situated on the third floor, no elevator!
There is a walk-in closet, 47" TV and Wifi. The toilet and shower is shared. There is a fridge in the hall. The rest of the apartment is rather small so what you have access to is the room that you see in the pictures.

Most likely will I have time and the ability to assist if you need information about Stockholm and suggestions about interesting places to see.. I am very interested in history, society and internationa affairs and l would gladly try to answer qustions about Stockholm and Sweden in these fields. If there is a wish I could even show some interesting places in the Stockholm region.
My place is actually situated in an area that is considerd one of the most attractive in Stockholm to stroll around and enjoy the city atmosphere.
The nearest metrostation "Skanstull" is some 500 meters away. The metroride from the central station is about 8-10 minutes.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Hevy partying and huge alcohol consumtion is also not allowed. To respect my neighbours is very importent to me.
We spent four nights at Magnus' flat. The room was spacious, clean and homely, with the addition of a table, couch, TV and a small kitchen area very useful. Magnus was a very attentive host and allowed us to the building's laundry facilities. The only slight negative would be the size of the small bathroom, but it was functional and not a problem for a short stay. The area was quite quiet, but not far from transport links or the main streets. Recommended.
The room looks like in the picture. You can use a kitchenette inside your room.
The room itself is quiet and neat and situated in a really interesting, beautiful and quite central district in STHLM. The Old Town District "Gamla Stan" is in walking distance of ca. 20 minutes. The Metro Station "Skanstull" can be reached in about 10 minutes.
In very near walking distance you'll find also several nice cafés, bars, restaurants and shops, including a supermarket.
Magnus is a very kind and attentive host with whom we had some interesting talks.
We would book the room all over again and can really recommend it!
Magnus is a friendly and helpful host. The room is very well located and quiet. It is comfortable and very functional. Ideal to discover Stockholm!!
El piso está en una localización muy buena. Cerca del metro y a 10 minutos del centro de Estocolmo. Magnus es muy buen anfitrión y me ayudó en todo lo necesario.
The room is exactly as shown in the advertisment. We used the extra bed and they both slept perfect. The 'kitchen' was fully equipt and there even was some rice and pasta we could use. The room and the shower / toilet were very clean. Its very easy to walk from the appartment to every part of Stockholm. Magnus was very friendly and showed us some nice places to visit and had some good tips.
The room looks exactly like in the picture, nice and clean, however the bathroom is just little, just like everybody said about it, it was fine although I hit my head several times because there's not so much space to moving around during shower time. Magnus is nice host, we had some interesting conversation during our stay. I recommend the place to those who wants to stay in a quite neighborhood, although you may still hear some of the neighbour talking really loud especially in the weekend. overall I enjoy the stay.
The location of the apartment was very accessible, taking the bus and subway were both very convenient! The room was clean, and as we went in winter, Magnus provided another mobile radiator that proved to be very useful, and also a very thoughtful gesture. My brother and I spent a few nights chatting with Magnus, and he was very enjoyable and a great conversationalist. He was also helpful from our first inquiry to even when we were already checked in, so that was definitely reassuring. Would recommend!
I have a big interest in history and society. When I travel I often do so to eastern Europe or East Asia. As a person I am somewhat quiet and prefer a good book rather than a bar.
