Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

The space
We are approximately 35 minutes from Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, 40 minutes from downtown Little Rock, and 20 minutes off I-40 and Highway 67/167. We are about a 10-15 minute drive from Cabot and a 15-20 minute drive from Beebe.

We currently have 6 sheep, 1 miniature horse, 5 goats, 3 barn cats, and 2 friendly pigs that love belly rubs! We have a lot of chickens and a few ducks as well.
We also have a sweet Boxer named Trooper and a Bernedoodle named Atlas. They both love to greet the guests! Most of our animals are rescues and have the sweetest personalities. They each have a special place on our farm and are all part of the family!

You will have the entire house to yourself (it is approximately 1600 square feet), we stay in a tiny cabin about 80 feet from the main house. We want you to feel comfortable during your stay, we will give you as much privacy as possible. We do have to feed and care for the animals throughout the day so you’ll see us going back and forth to the barn. Their water hose is connected to the main home and sometimes we have to access the back area for one reason or another, but we try to keep it as minimal as possible and only as needed.

It is our goal to provide a warm and inviting home for our guests with as many amenities as possible. We provide bath towels, toiletries, cookware, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker (including coffee/creamer/sugar) and bedding! If you have any special requests, please let us know and we are more than happy to accommodate if possible.

We have a large front porch with a few benches, outdoor string lights, wind chimes, and a pretty view of the property and the pond in the front of our home.

We live on 5 acres in a more rural setting with a large, mature magnolia tree in the front yard, an older traditional barn, and plenty of nature surrounding us! We have pecan trees and lots of fireflies during the summer. We also have a back patio with chairs and string lights.

Although our farmhouse is older and has been loved throughout the years, we take pride in keeping it clean and tidy.

We have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. We have a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo, as well as a second bathroom with a jetted tub (no shower).

Please note a few important details:

*If you have more than 4 guests, please message us! We do have 2 couches that can be used to sleep on. There is no extra charge for extra guests (maximum of 6 guests total).

*All of our animals are friendly. The only thing we ask is that the animals are never chased, mishandled, or treated improperly. This can stress them out.

*This should go without saying, but there are livestock droppings around. 😅

*We do not have a covered parking area or garage, it is all open.

*As stated above, we take pride in keeping our home sparkling clean, but please be advised that it is an older home that was built in the 30's so there are obvious flaws and imperfections here and there!

*Although we do stay on the property, we respect that you are on vacation and privacy is important. We will provide you with our contact information in case you should ever need to call or text us for any reason! We always love to meet our guests if we happen to cross paths as well! 😊

*We want you to enjoy every aspect of your stay! We are laid back and enjoy opening our home for others to experience a little sample of small farm life!

*We do allow (and love) pets! We ask that that all pets are fully potty trained (or crated if not) and that they don’t get on furniture or beds.

* Since we do live on a farm in a more rural area, you may encounter bugs and wildlife that you may not be accustomed to, such as: Deer, coyotes, foxes, skunks, raccoons, possums, snakes, flies, mosquitoes, junebugs, wasps, carpenter bees, ticks, chiggers, spiders, etc.

Neighborhood highlights

We are approximately 10-15 minutes from Cabot where there are restaurants, local shopping, a movie theater, and one of our favorite coffee shops that we would love to tell you all about. We are approximately 45 minutes from Little Rock. We will provide a list of our favorite local hangouts.

We live in a more rural setting, but we do have neighbors behind us, as well as down the road from us. All of our neighbors are very friendly, it’s a small and pretty close-knit community of people. It is a very safe area, and mostly very quiet and peaceful.

We are the Loftons! Thank you so much for stopping by to learn a little more about us. Bryan, my husband, was born and raised here in Arkansas while I was born and raised in California. We met in the summer of 2017 and got married during the summer of 2018. We are best friends who decided to make our childhood dreams come true and create our own little slice of heaven. ❤️
