Nestling in the hills of Marbella our charming villa looks out to Gibraltar and the coast of Africa as well as enjoying views of the mountain. There's plenty of space to relax with four terraces and your own swimming pool to enjoy. It's private and secluded, yet within easy reach of the beach, golf and horse riding, Marbella old town and the motorways to the airport and beyond. If you prefer to stay home you can pick lemons from the tree and mandarins, olives and almonds and soak up the sun.

The space
The villa is built in a traditional Andalusian fine style - rustic and run down in places yet charming and beautiful too. We love it here - both the environment and the location. We're both creatives and this is a long term artistic restoration project - we're delighted to be able to share it with you. If you want some place to chill out or a base while you go off exploring you'll likely have a great time. It's a fantastic part of the world, renowned for its beaches and sunshine - whether you want to party, chill or get fit - you're catered for.
Please note this is for mid-term or longer term lets and we have a minimum booking requirement of 61 days.

Marbella, Andalucía, Spain

Andalucia is a wonderful region and Marbella is well located on the Costa-del-Sol as it's within easy reach of Malaga to the east and to the west you have some wonderful natural beaches - Tarifa, Bolonia and Cadiz, while Seville and Granada are also all well worth visiting. Marbella itself is easy to navigate and you have everything you need, there are loads of cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs while it's also popular for health and wellbeing. You can run, or cycle along the coast and there are plenty of yoga and fitness groups. The neighbouring town, Puerto Banus is famed for it's designer shops and luxury living. Marbella is renowned for its sunny climate as it's surrounded by mountains and has a micro-climate, nature here is wonderful, the sunsets are often stunning, the trees and plants are quite tropical and it's a really interesting natural environment. There's a vibrant international community and it's easy to meet people.

Hello, I'm Ali, I'm a writer, currently working on a series of novels - I love working on my project, I feel lucky. To support myself financially I manage my partner's properties here on Airbnb. Welcome to Jac's homes... Jac is a cyberartist. He's an illustrator for a major newspaper, he runs an Internet company empowering creatives and he's a photographer. Jac has three homes in great locations in London, Paris and Valencia. His properties are individual, a bit quirky and bohemian - his philosophy is to support creativity and independence. If you're artistic yourself, or fairly bohemian and laid back I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay. You'll be dealing with me for bookings and arrangements and you may meet Jac or myself in London as one or other of us is sometimes around. Your experience is really important to us and we're happy to offer whatever local knowledge and support you need - or to let you do your own thing if you prefer. I'm always attentive to requests and if you have any questions - or if any issues arise during your stay with us - please let me know straight away as nothing is too much trouble and I'm happy to help. We really enjoy the experience of welcoming people to stay through Airbnb as it's great to connect with lovely people, we've been part of some epic life journeys and made some great friends along the way. Hope to see you soon! Cheers, Ali & Jac.
