Perfect! Near the square, safe and easy to get to, the riad is just beautiful, the Coloured Room is fabulous and large, Karim and Anne are such nice people! Me and my husband were delighted, we only regret not spending more time in Marrakech.
We had a very good stay with Anne and Karim! They were very nice to us, welcomed us with a menthe the and we felt at home. It's a fair price for a sweet little home.

We had a very pleasant - though a bit cold - stay in the colored room in february. Karim had arranged, that we were picked up in the airport, and both Anne and Karim were very helpful to us before and during our week in their Riad.

Gorgeous Riad. Finding it ourselves was a bit difficult at night time and not recommended if you don't fancy dealing with the people telling you you're going the wrong way then demanding money for any help. So get a taxi or Karim to pick you up otherwise. The location means you get to see beyond the touristy streets around jemaa el fna, which we really enjoyed, yet is still not too far on foot. Breakfast is good, room is really nice, Hot water through the day, roof terrace is really nice. Karim gave us some mint tea on arrival and was a very laid back and friendly host.
Host was very helpful and friendly. Easy to get along with. Sadly, didn't get to meet Anne but she was very helpful at answering my questions online. Riad was very clean. Finding the riad was a bit tough, though. The sign for the derb is in Arabic, and there are no signs for the riad itself. Neighbourhood had the usual hustlers trying to lead you astray or get money out of you somehow, but that's Marrakech for ya. The riad location is close to Jemaa El-Fna and the Palais Bahia, two big tourist spots. Had reliable hot water but a busted toilet, so just a minor speedbump. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Karim and I (Anne) are a Moroccan-Dutch couple. We are 29 and 27 years old and we started our own riad in Marrakech. With Riad Annie we would love to offer you a place that feels like home.
