This place is special. The old farmhouse is beautifully restored and the interior thoughtfully designed- very clean and well cared for. Set atop a hill in the mountains, each room has incredible views. It's a wonderful place to relax, and also to explore nature- with vineyards, olive trees, forests and a beautiful river nearby. Most incredible of all, however, was the delicious dinner Elena and Andrea prepared for us. We ate like kings!
Elena & Andrea have created a wonderful place to be in the Val D'Orsia. The rooms have everything that is needed and we were immediately made to feel at home. The setting is beautiful and the view from the house was a real treat to wake up to. On top of that the food was really special, we would travel for the food itself. On a month long culinary trip of Italy we thought this was some of the best food we had tried. We are hoping to come back as soon as possible and would recommend it to everyone. It is an extraordinary place to stay for a few days.
