Roberto's place was wonderful. It's right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. It's also not far from the major attractions in Rome. The bed is comfortable and the patio area was perfect for eating breakfast and drinking wine. Roberto was welcoming and showed us around the place. He also left a very helpful list of things to do in Rome/ places to go/eat. He was also very helpful whenever we had questions. We had to leave at a stupidly early hour to catch our plane and he helped us find a car service that would take us to the airport that early. I highly recommend.

Roberto was very easy to deal with. We texted when we arrived and he met us at the apartment. He showed us where everything was and had a handy map for our use. The apartment itself is small and basic, but has everything you need. It was clean, but not as clean as I would have liked. It is quite dark and somewhat musty smelling, but he has a dehumidifier that you can use if you want. It really didn't bother us too much. We appreciated the washer/dryer as we stayed a week and had to do laundry. The patio was great! It is a nice spot to hang out and have a glass of wine or two. The location can't be beat! You really are in the heart of everything! We could walk everywhere from here. You are just by the Ponte Sisteo Bridge and bus stops, the Vatican was a 20 minute walk also. There are so many bars and restaurants around you. It is a bustling area but nice and peaceful in the apartment. I would recommend this place because of the location.

Our stay at Roberto's Roman apartment was very good. He was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly. Check in was no problem. The apartment is spacious and simply furnished, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. And best of all is the location. The neighborhood is lively and close to most of the major sights in Rome. As for the smell, it evokes a Romanesque church, and was no problem for us. Heating worked well as did wifi. One warning to older people: standing in the 2 level small shower/bath requires good balance. We will recommend this apartment to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in Robertos apartment. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Especially the small garden was nice after walking the streets of Rome. And just outside the front door we found ourselves in a very nice area with small streets and nice atmosphere. Roberto deserves my best recommendations.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Roberto's wonderful apartment. Perfect location, but secluded and quiet, with a lovely courtyard and a fantastic pizzeria right across the street. Roberto was very helpful too. We'd definitely stay again!

Roberto was a great host and the location of the flat is amazing, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The flat is an old traditional italian home, very much like the pictures. However, due to being old there was a bit of a damp smell to start with which disappeared the longer we stayed. Great place to explore rome, so close to all the famous sites and we enjoyed our time there. Rome is amazing!

Our stay at Roberto's apartment was fantastic! It is very true to the photographs, even a little bit larger than it seems! The aircon worked perfectly, although the apartment stayed quite cool even without the aircon being turned on, which was an amazing treat during the middle of a summer heatwave! The kitchen and bathroom suited all our needs and the outdoor courtyard was the perfect place for a late afternoon wine! Its location in the heart of Trastevere was the perfect base for our stay in Rome - walking distance to all of Rome's beautiful sights, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a city in its peak season. We can't rate Trastevere highly enough! A beautiful suburb with lots of quiet side streets, as well as an exciting night life. Everything you could possibly need is on the front doorstep - restaurants, bars, shops, markets, supermarkets - and Roberto gave us some great recommendations of places to eat! We will definitely be returning next time we are in Rome! Thanks for a wonderful week Roberto!
