Three Lovely one bedroom apartment's with 2 balconies overlooking the ocean and a block away from the golf club.
The units all have a private kitchen and 3 piece bath.
Nestled in with two other 3 story condo units called Hortensia at the west end of the beech in Costambar.
Across the street is Catamarans you can eat and drink while using their free wifi or while picking up another water jug . Happy hour is still going strong everyday.
Costambar is a gated community with lots of daily and nightly activities , It has a wonderful mix of people that make it a great community.
There is a washing machine for your use and you can hang your laundry on the roof top ( depending if Richard is there or not) have a dip in the dipping pool while watching your cloths dry. The Kitchens are sparsely stocked so ask Richard if you need any basic utensils. Puerta Plata has a huge grocery store that you can get practically everything and cheep. Having a car is well worth it although you can grab a taxi, moto chonch or cram into a car with a bunch of locals that pick u up at the gate that will and take you to town every 1/2hour or so . There are lots of activities and adventures in the area from golfing, horse back riding, casinos, 27 waterfalls, Kite surfing, and other Beach towns. It's a very basic accommodation that easily becomes home when your settled in.
There is a $100.00 damage deposit that is payable to Richard when you arrive and will be refunded after the keys are returned and the apartment checks out
The first water jug and propane tank is on Richard and the rest of the fill ups are up to you. There are regular rolling black outs in Costambar everyone runs an inverter system , so if no electricity in town then no electricity should be used. You will be charged if your using an excessive amount of power than normal.
Richard is a very good host very helpful and very sociable, a good apartment and location
The reservation was canceled 8 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Had a wonderful time and the location is awesome. It felt like being a part of the community and not a visitor at a tourist spot.
I am lively to say the least but do enjoy to cook ,sail and party
