The Union was completed in May, 2014 and is located on Pandora Street, next to Swan's (locally brewed Craft beer and world famous blues bands). It also neighbours such attractions as Chinatown, Fan Tan Alley, greengrocers, markets, bakeries, countless coffee-shops, yoga, restaurants and the Centennial Square.
Within 4 blocks you'll find the Inner Harbour (incredibly talented Buskers), Government Street, Wharf Street (where all of Victoria's most tourist related shops/attractions are), the Fairmont Empress, the Royal Theatre, the Royal BC Museum, the BC Legislature and so much more.

Many who come here, park their vehicle in our secure underground parking spot and go afoot, or they come via other transport and, again with everything being within close proximity, walking is very convenient.

Dennis met us at the front of The Union building and gave us a thorough tour/orientation covering everything we needed to know about his condo. He was polite, friendly, and emphasized he was always just a phone call or text away if we needed anything. He also had written notes which he left on the kitchen counter which were useful. He checked in with us part way through the weekend to ensure everything was going ok. The condo was great... exactly as advertised. Clean, cozy, and very quiet. It had everything we needed. And also located in a very convenient part of Victoria, literally a few minutes walk from the harbour front. Good restaurants and bars all around. We had a great weekend at Dennis' place and would not hesitate to recommend it to others!
We loved Dennis' place right in the heart of downtown Victoria. His place was well set up and met all our needs. No shortage of great places to eat all within easy walking distance. My wife and I had a wonderful time and were even ale to have our son and his girlfriend over for dinner one night and enjoyed our meal out on the patio! Perfect set up!!
Dennis met us very promptly at his place when we arrived in victoria.He was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the parking area and the apartment. The apartment is extremely nice and has everything you need for cooking etc. Loved the location right downtown as it was close for us to walk to see our kids and grandson. nice courtyard and bbq area. exactly as advertised and would stay here again if available on our next visit. thanks again dennis
I don't have anything negative to say about our experience. Dennis met us at our late arrival time of 11:30 and showed us the place and informed us where to park and leave garbage. He checked in half way through our visit to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was perfect and an excellent location.
Dennis was great. He greeted us when we got there and walked us through the apartment, etc. The space is in a very prime location where you can walk everywhere, to chinatown, to nearby bars and restaurants, the waterfront. There were a few hiccups here and there but Dennis was quick to communicate, offer solutions and help remedy the situations.
Inevitably and for the record, the 'hiccups' did amount to very minor things like how to operate the t.v. remote and how to operate the fob, of which I did explain both orally and in writing...nonetheless; yes, if there ever are any issues, I am always quit to respond and do my best to fix the issue as soon as possible (my condo is, by the way, 99% of the time, issue-free). :) :)
Dennis nous attendait dans le portique de l’immeuble. Il a pris la peine de monter à l’étage avec nous pour faire le tour de l’appartement ainsi que de nous orienter dans le quartier autour de l’immeuble. Le logement était très fidèle à la description et aux photos fournies. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Victoria et y retournerions sans hésiter.

He took the trouble to go upstairs with us for a tour of the apartment and to guide us in the area around the building. The accommodation was very true to the pictures and description provided. We loved our stay in Victoria and would return without hesitation. We loved the modern character of the place. In addition , the nearby Liquor Store, brewery and a delicious pizzeria seduced us after long days of walking . We also liked to make Dennis' pancakes for our awakenings.
