WATER SHORTAGES
Liwliwa experiences water shortage intermittently. Tadhana keeps drums of water in case this happens. You may also opt to wait until later in the night when the water pressure is usually stronger.

POWER SHORTAGES
Liwliwa also experiences brief power shortages from time to time. Unfortunately, Tadhana does not currently have a generator.
