We spent 3 nights at this wonderful, spacious, clean appartment with a stunning view from the balcony.
Mike and Liliane answered promptly all our questions via text-messages and the information in the house about the environment was very complete!
I absolutely will recommand this appartment to my friends when they want to visit Capetown.
Thanks a lot!!!!

From the moment we booked this apartment we received good communication and information from Mike and Liliane. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, in a safe and secure building and a great location within in the City. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. The photographs do not do it justice. If we are lucky enough to return to Cape Town in the future I would without doubt stay here again. Thank you from Julie and Jonathan.
Liliane kept in touch by email and phone., very responsive. Wonderful view, very clean and spacious, comfortable beds.
Had a little problem with broken locks when I first arrived, but that eventually got resolved. The apartment is spacious and located well. The views are as described and worth the price.
The City Chic Apartment was everything we thought it would be and more! The apartment was exactly as described, fit four people perfectly and the views were outstanding! Liliane was timely with responses and they provided ample information about the neighborhood and general activities to do while in Cape Town. Thank you Liliane and Mike!
An absolute great place to stay in CT! A breathtaking view of Table Mountain and Lion's Head from the 12th floor! We found everything as described at the internet. Absolut detailled information about everything in advance and in the Apartment - very helpful! Lots of restaurants - we loved Haiku restaurant and Milk, Bread and Honeymoon for breakfast!!! - around the corner. We definetely come back!

Prior to staying at the appartment - Mike and Liliane were in touch with all the information needed, and even organised an airport transfer. This was really reassuring as my first time in SA.
The appartment was beautifully laid out, very clean and looked brand new - the view from the balcony made the appartment - stunning. It has everything i needed and more - would definetly recommend this to a friend.

We are a married couple, with 2 grown-up sons, living on 2 hectares on the highveld with 6 rotties, a staffie and 2 biewer terriers. Mike, a retired electronics engineer, owns and runs a boarding kennel and I (Liliane) am a full-time accountant. Friends and family keep asking us when we are going to retire! Probably never!
We have traveled quite a bit and also lived overseas in various places. Self catering is usually our first choice of accommodation when on holiday.
We, and the family, (unfortunately not the dogs) use our apartments in Cape Town when we can both, for business and holidays. Cape Town remains one of our favourite cities
