The White House at Three Points Farm is a newly restored 1906 farmhouse nestled in the middle of a 250 acre angus farm. Very private and very quiet, this bucolic setting offers total communion with nature surrounded by breathtaking views of the Appalachian Mountains. Private tennis and basketball court. Enjoy the country or drive to Lewisburg, WV (16miles) voted the “coolest small town” in America, or drive 20 miles to White Sulphur Springs, WV, home to the renowned, Greenbrier Resort.

The space
Big screen televisions, viking gas range, double ovens, large kitchen, gas fireplace, large bedrooms. Fire pit and compact outdoor gas grill is available.
Very strict no smoking and no pet policy.

We are Tesla friendly. We have installed a Class Two NEMA 14-50 amp. 240 volt charging station for a fast charging of electric vehicles. We have kept an eye on energy efficiency in restoring our old, turn of the century farm house. Our farming practices produce organic, grass fed beef cattle in a cycle that naturally nourishes the land.

Guest access
We have 3/4 of a mile of paved driveway from our main gate which is ideal for walking and visiting our koi pond.

Numerous opportunities exist for outdoor adventure such as hiking and biking. Close by is Greenbrier State Forest, Greenbrier River Trail, Moncove Lake State Park, Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory.
