Typical Polish one-family house with a spacious garden, a terrace, a balcony and a basement (free parking on premises). Ground floor with a large living-room, a big kitchen with a dining area and a toilet. First floor with 2 bedrooms (3 double beds), a utility room and a bathroom with a toilet. The house is fully equipped and in case you need anything particular, we will provide it :-)

The house is hidden at the end of a very safe and calm street in a one-family houses neighbourhood. A supermarket, a restaurant and pizzerias and many other small shops are close to the house, within 5-minute walk. It is around 15-20 minute walk to the city centre with a nice, big park with a playground. Also 15-20 minutes it takes to get to a promenade and to the German border and a beautiful, historical city of Gorlitz - both have many bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful Berzdorfer See lake with sand beaches where you can rest and swim all day long just 15 minutes drive from the house. In the German part of the city you can visit a zoo or hike up a small, inactive volcano called Landeskorone with a great view at the surrounding area. Besides that there are many biking paths in this region and you can also try kayaking down the Nysa river.
