With bright and comfortable furnishings, this condo offers a welcoming retreat for your vacation. The space
Welcome to your sunny getaway at this recently remodeled 2-bedroom condo, just steps away from the beach in the Saco Bay Condominium complex. With two full beds (one in each bedroom) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this stylish unit comfortably sleeps six guests.

Situated on the first floor with one sets of stairs, the condo comes with two parking spots for your convenience. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay, including linens, bath towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and silverware. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Cooking up a storm is a breeze in the well-appointed kitchenette, complete with all the essential appliances including a fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the waves or preparing a gourmet feast to enjoy al fresco on the balcony, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

But the perks don't end there. As a guest of the Saco Bay Condominium complex, you'll have access to an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay.

Unwind in the rec room, complete with a hot air hockey table, foosball tables, family games, and a selection of books for those lazy beach days or rainy afternoons. Additionally, there's a coin-operated laundry facility on-site, ensuring your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

Check-in is a breeze with self-check-in using a key lock. The code can be found in the Airbnb app under "check-in" instructions after completing your booking. Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi and enjoy entertainment with HULU featuring live TV streaming.

Please note that the condo complex is located near the train tracks in OOB, so there is potential for noise from passing trains which might affect light sleepers. On the positive side we have many thrilled guests, whose children enjoyed the trains going by and found it as a nice perk! Regardless, your stay promises comfort and convenience, with easy access to the beach, pier, and downtown attractions.

Neighborhood highlights

Very close to all the attractions and the beach so you you can park your car, relax and enjoy all that OOB has to offer! Only 0.4 miles to the pier, downtown restaurants, bars, Palace Playland , etc. Next door to Moby Dick variety store that offers breakfast sandwiches, pizza, subs, etc for a quick bite before you head out to the beach or lunch. You can also get groceries, beer, wine and other necessities at the convenience store to make your visit enjoyable.
