La casa di Rosmarina, is an apartment located 100 meters from the sea, in the heart of Maremma. The environment is cared for in every detail, returning from the sea it will be fantastic to enjoy the coolness of the pine forest on the porch!

The space
The house immersed in the pine forest, 150 meters from the beach, has an independent entrance and a private garden, which opens onto a large veranda that can accommodate your breakfasts, lunches and dinners, in a relaxing and delightfully cared for environment. The house has just been renovated. A well-organized open space houses the living room and kitchen, then there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom and another small service veranda. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, in the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has just been renovated. Small pets are allowed on the veranda and in the garden. Finally, two bicycles are provided, to be able to move safely throughout the Marina.

We do not provide sheets and towels, in case they can be requested with a cost of 15 €.

WI-FI with an additional cost of 20 €.

House policy on animals: small dogs are accepted, as long as they are well behaved. It is absolutely forbidden to let them sleep or climb on sofas, beds, cushions or chairs. No kennel is provided and must be brought independently, plus 20 euros more are required to be left at check-in, to sanitize the rooms for any future renters with allergies.
