Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath family home is close to downtown (7 min), close to a supermarket and Starbucks, but rural enough to have deer and fox sightings regularly. 10 min to Naval Academy and other local Annapolis attractions (state capital, best ice cream, boating, Stand-up paddling, etc). This home is located in small and quiet neighborhood. There is a small pier with creek access. There are also some great restaurants within a few minutes. No pets/no smoking.

The space
Four bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and the main floor has two living areas, a fireplace, a dining room table that seats 10, a half bath, and a lovely outdoor dining and sitting area with a fire pit.

The master bedroom has a private full bath and a fan.

The second guest room has a queen bed, a twin mattress, and a TV.

The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle that we will leave made upon request.

The fourth bedroom has a loft full bed and desk. Great for a kid or young adult.

The living room has board games, some books and toys for children.

The pantry in the kitchen is full stocked, so if you need anything, feel free to use what you need. If you need something specific, please don't hesitate to ask before your arrival, we will make sure you have it. We also have a french press, a pour over, blender, popcorn popper, and toaster.

The upstairs is carpeted and the main floor is hardwood.

Outside there are many kids toys too (box on porch and see the tree on the property for a air surfboard).

The basement has a washer and dryer, a small tv space, couch, futon, and kids toys.

There is also a small bedroom downstairs but usually we leave It off limits so we can put stuff in It. Let us know if you would like this 5th room and we will see if we could make It available. It has a queen bed in It.

For access we leave a lock box.

Guest access
You can access the main and upper floor, however we would like to keep our basement private. We are currently housing a recent graduate of the Naval Academy that is awaiting flight school in the fall. Unless you require a washer and dryer that happens to be in the basement), we ask that the space is not utilized by guests. (the graduate will not be present during your stay)

Other things to note
The water is well water but is filtered multiple times and safe to drink from the tap.

The drive way is steep, please be careful on arriving.

The house is not baby proofed, but it is big kid friendly, lots of Hot Wheels and toys.

I have two young kids and an amazing husband and we love to travel. I hope I can share the world with them. I use Whatsup and I have unlimited data in most countries so it's easy to communicate using data forms of communication apps. I love an adventure and playing outdoors.
