RDC de 100m² dans maison en pierre donnant sur une cour-jardin de 70 m² entièrement fermée avec parking, exposition sud, grand séjour très lumineux, avec cuisine US toute équipée, ouvrant sur terrasse en bois de 24 m² avec salon de jardin, plancha.
Cet appartement possède deux entrées, une rue Aristide Briand et une autre rue des Glacière (qui est une impasse).
Il a été refait à neuf en 2013, et comporte :
- une grande chambre avec lit de 160 et grand dressing. La salle de bain avec fenêtre comporte une douche à l'italienne, un WC et une machine à laver ;
- une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et un meuble lavabo. Deux douches à l’italienne sont attenantes à cette chambre.
Ces deux chambres donnent sur l'impasse à l'arrière de l'appartement et sont en conséquence très calmes.
Nous serons présents à l'arrivée des voyageurs ainsi qu'à leur départ.

L'appartement est à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces et commodités.
Il est idéalement situé à 3 minutes à pied du centre historique.
A 30 minutes en voiture de l'étang de Thau et plages (Marseillan, Vias, Agde et son canal du Midi, Mèze), 30 minutes du lac du Salagou, rivières proches, sentiers de randonnée.
Beaucoup d'animations tout l'été, théâtre, concerts, marchés nocturnes, artisanat, brocantes...
La sortie de l'autoroute est située à 3 kilomètres de Pézenas.

La cour est privative mais il existe un droit de passage pour trois autres appartements, ce qui n'est pas gênant dans la mesure où la cour est en contrebas de la terrasse le long du mur (voir photos).
Appartement non fumeur et sans animaux.
We had a most wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, airy, fully equiped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasure to return to our 'santuary' each day and relax on the terrace overlooking the garden. Furthermore, the location is ideal, just a 3 min walk to the historical centre and an easy walking distance to the boulangerie (bakery), large supermarket and local winery. We were lucky to be here for the fabulous Saturday market, not to be missed if possible.
Our hosts were genuinely welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. Thank you Monique and Michel for making our stay so special.

Monique was a dream hostess. She and her husband gave us a warm welcome and we loved the appartement, which was light and airy with a sunny terrace. We both had a bathroom each, the kitchen was very well equipped (they are both chefs) and it was situated within 5 mins from the town of Pezenas on a quiet street, which is also full of great antique and junk shops. Highly recommended.
A perfectly delightful experience. The home exceeded our expectations- amazing location within easy walking distance of all there is in the town of Pezenas.
The home was immaculate. A nice bonus was local wine along with juice, brioche, and
delicious jam that Monique kindly provided.
There were plenty of clean towels and lots of dishes and utensils.
Beds were very comfortable and despite a main street location, it was quiet inside since the courtyard door and sliding glass doors at house provided effective sound barriers.
It was a little tricky moving the car in to the courtyard space, but certainly manageable for our vehicle, which was a 4- door Kia SUV.
We highly recommend the home, gracious hosts, and the town itself.
This is a great spacious place to stay, and although the descriptions are quite accurate, it is still a bit hard to describe. The apartment is on the first floor of a terraced house on the way into the centre of Pezenas, just 200 yards from the old town, a road full of antique shops. Although terraced, the house is set back behind a high metal gate, leaving room for a courtyard space and garden between the walls of the adjoining buildings, where you can park a car securely. In fact the house is 'back to front', with street level doors on to the higher road behind, but the more convenient use is through the gated courtyard, up wooden steps onto the delightful built-on terrace, and the patio doors into the living space. This terrace is large enough for a comfortable suite of lounging seats, a barbecue, and a breakfast table, all sheltered by a beautiful mature tree (looks like a fig, but is'nt). The living area comprises a really large open plan dining room / kitchen, and a small t.v. alcove. Through the living space to the two bedrooms, which each have very secure doors onto the back street. One bedroom is again very large, with a large double bed, two (yes two) writing desks, and an en suite bathroom and w.c. (shower not bath); the other is smaller, but still large, with two single beds, and two (yes two!) shower rooms and a w.c.. From this description you might gather that the space in the flat, although generous, is not necessarily conventionally arranged. We were left wondering what the building had been used as before, because it did not seem to follow the normal logic of purpose built apartments. All the same, it was a very enjoyable space to occupy, and it is all held together by the clear if quirky stylistic intentions of the owners, who clearly seem to have enjoyed decorating and furnishing it. Not that it is over-furnished, but there is a lightness of touch evident in many design details, inexpensively achieved, from the lamps chosen for lighting, to the painted cabinets, the soft covers, and the occasional antique objects (not of the breakable kind). The style you may recognise, involves what might be described as 'garden furniture' used indoors. Because of this, and because of the importance of the terrace, it might be a different sort of stay in winter (we were there in October, and it was lovely). However, I think it would still work well if differently. The kitchen is large and quite well equipped, so cooking (which we did not do) would be enjoyable in the winter. The owners were very helpful, and although they live some kilometres away, were happy to turn up to meet us whenever we chose to arrive or leave. They left us butter, tea, preserves, and a bottle of red wine, as well as a lot of other cooking ingredients (herbs, spices etc). There is a...
The appartment is spacious and the kitchen and lounge area we enjoyed especially. Monique and her husband were very friendly and helpful, as we arrived in the middle of the night through car problems and she made it possible to collect the key at a secret place so we could get in. Thanks monique again!! The appartment is in the street where many 'brocantes' are situated, the center of pezenas is agreeable, we found surrounding cities to be more worthwile seeing, so it was a good base station for trips to places in the region.
Wenn man den Straßenzug von außen sieht, erwartet man nicht, dass sich hinter der Toreinfahrt ein kleines Paradies verbirgt. Die überaus freundlichen Monique und Michel haben außen und innen mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eine sehr komfortable, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung geschaffen. Zum Empfang fanden wir eine Flasche Rotwein, Orangensaft, Butter und ein Glas selbstgemachte Marmelade vor.
Topausgestattete Küche, großer Gasgrill. 3 Duschen!
Die zauberhafte historische Innenstadt von Pezenas ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, mehrere schöne Strände mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten.
Wir werden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen, eventuell auch selbst noch einmal hinfahren.
The flat was as nice and cozy as in the pictures. Well-located, with private parking and bright. With fully equipped kitchen, 3 showers, several home facilities (outdoors barbecue, dish-washing machine,...) and very, very clean. The couple bed is big and comfortable. Monique and his husband were very flexible to our arrival/departure necessities and answered very fast to any question we could have in mind. At our arrival, they offered us a local wine as well as home-made marmelade (good!!!) and the basics for the breakfast. Pézenas is very interesting and close to several touristic areas. The apartment is very close to shopping centers. A perfect choice for a perfect stay!!!
