Located in the highly desirable Buena Vista Park area, this large 3,000 sqft duplex features stunning views of the bay and downtown SF. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, you will be happy to call this place home. The house features an open floor plan, high ceilings and luxury appliances. In addition to a grand piano and 55" TV, the living room opens onto a large patio. Located on a quiet, beautiful tree lined street that is 3 blocks to public transit taking you downtown in 10-15 mins.

The space
The highlight of this home is its spectacular 180 degree views of the bay and downtown SF. Located in the highly desirable Buena Vista Park area and 1 block away from the Hormel Mansion, you will love to call this upper level duplex unit your home.

The upper duplex unit alone is 3,000 soft and features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The master bedroom suite is massive and features a large ensuite bathroom, private study and balcony. The other bedrooms are also beautifully designed and have large windows that open onto Juliette balconies.

The third floor features an open floor plan that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. One side of the room features multiple doors that walk out onto a large private patio that features a large table that seats 8 and some comfortable chairs for enjoying the view. The panoramic view can be seen throughout the third floor. At night, the lights from city hall appear majestic. Gorgeous outdoor patio with large table that seats 8. In door dining area seats 6-10 comfortably. For those tired of looking at the view, the living room has a concert grand piano and a 53" TV. High end appliances are located throughout the house (Wolf 6-burner stove, Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dish washer, Electrolux washing machine and dryer, etc.)

Although, it may feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the house is centrally located. 3-5 blocks away from multiple transit lines. Ubers/Lyft can be summoned day or night and arrive within 3-5 minutes.

With walking distance to the Haight, Castro, and Duboce Triangle, and the new hipster area of Divisadero, with multiple high end cafes, brunch places and restaurants (yes! This is where you can buy $8 avocado toast!)

Guest access
There is a lockbox. I will send you the code right before your trip.

Other things to note
We do have young children. While we think they are angels, they are also 4 and 6 years old boys. Luckily they go to bed at 8-8:30pm!

The Buena Vista Park area dates back to the late 1800s. Most of the houses were built around that time and because the area rests on bedrock, most of the houses were unaffected by the 1906 earthquake. As a result, the area features some of the most beautiful Victorian houses in SF.

If time permits, take a walk around the park. There you will see a number of massive Victorian Mansions. A walk through the park will take you through a eucalyptus forest. At the top there is beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Golden Gate Park is a 20-30 min walk away.

There are so many great places to have coffee: The Mill and Ritual are some of my favorite.
