Charming apartment, classified furnished tourism 3* enjoying a privileged location facing the pretty beach St Michel and close to the center town of Batz-sur-Mer. Our 2 Bedroom accommodation offers a magnificent ocean view from the living room. Located in a fully secured residence in the middle of a green garden, this is the ideal place for a family stay! Forget your car and get on your bikes and explore the Wild Coast, the Croixic, the salt marshes of Guérande and the bay of La Baule!

The space
Our apartment of about 60 m2 is located in a secured residence overlooking the beautiful beach of Saint Michel.
It consists of the following:
- A fully equipped dining kitchen including a 4 burners electric stovetop, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge.
- A living room equipped with sofa bed, television and a dining area.
- A bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed
- A second bedroom equipped with a quality double bed as well as a wardrobe. (NB: the bedding has been changed recently following the comments of our guests)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also find a washing machine and dryer as well as childcare equipment such as baby bath and changing table.

You will also have access to a privatized parking space (aerial parking), in a secure park by a gate closed by code.
