About this listing
A short walk to Frontier Park and Rodeo grounds, my Victorian style home is in the best neighborhood in town! With 3 spacious rooms to choose from each with their own full bathroom and closet space. Wake up to homemade muffins and fresh squeezed OJ.
The house is comfortable, spacious, stays cool in the summers and cozy in the winter. It is decorated with stained glass and hand-carved wood trim. This second floor bedroom has a double bed and was just updated and is ready for a guest!
Your room has its own bathroom and key and I will provide yummy homemade muffins and fresh orange juice in the morning. Laundry is available if needed. You may use the home gym when it isn't being used by my personal clients. Pilates Classes take place weekly - you are welcome to join!
Interaction with Guests
I'm a pretty busy Gal and will be in and out throughout the day and will sleep at the house. I will do my best to be present when you arrive to give you a tour, show you to your room and give you the key.
The Moore Haven Heights is one of few historic districts in Cheyenne. It is sheltered from the wind and sun by 100 year old trees and is filled with original brick houses that exude Cheyenne's historic western character.
The house is a 10 min stroll to Frontier Park and
across the street from beautiful Lions Park, Cheyenne Botanical Gardens and Sloan's Lake.
Other Things to Note
The street parking near the house is filled twice a day during Frontier days (the last full week in July), so you can just move your car in front of the house after the Rodeo or Night Show or park behind the garage.
Please, no smoking in or near the house.
We really felt like we were staying at the nicest place in town. The room was incredibly comfortable, from the linens to the papasan chair to the gorgeous bathtub. Shortest possible walk to the Fairgrounds and all around amazing hospitality.
Everything was great! Very accommodating! Spectacular house and space! Highly recommended
Luana was the perfect host. She graciously welcomed us into her beautiful home. Our room was just as described and very convenient to the Frontier Days Festivities. Luana patiently helped us understand how to get everywhere we wanted to go. The homemade muffins in the morning were delicious. We highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.
Luana is amazing and seems to have more energy than ten people. The house is a gloriously restored mansion and made us feel like we were on a movie set - everything is perfect. The neighborhood is first class and next to a huge park with a lake to walk around. Top it all with home made muffins and we could not have asked for more. Saludos Luana, Phil & Lil
