  • I find that this unit is perfect for its price and location. The place look exactly like the photo, it's clean and cozy & comfortable for 4 people. After all, we only use the room for sleeping and storage and we were out enjoying the sun and beach. Roger made it easy from check in to check out so the whole process is easy.

  • We enjoyed our trip. Roger was great and easy to communicate with. He was on vacation during our stay but told us everything we needed to know beforehand so check in was a breeze. Location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops and Waikiki beach. There was a small issue with the A/C, but other than that, everything was great. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

  • We very much enjoyed our stay here - friendly hosts, comfy beds, good air conditioning and free wifi. Given how close it is to Waikiki beach (1 block) the price is amazing! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Oahu (highly likely) and would recommend it to others who are going to Hawaii. Thank you!

  • Good:
Roger was very responsive. Wifi wasn't working in the room and he promptly had it fixed. The room itself was clean and had all amenities as described. The location was great - just a few minutes from the beach and shopping/dining.

    Not so good:
There was a water leak near the AC which led to a wet floor right near the door. This made for a messy entrance. Roger said it wasn't the AC, but likely the building, but building maintenance wouldn't fix it. Also, parking is now $20 per day and not $16. Apparently it went up recently.

  • If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay in Waikiki beach area this apartment is it.

Two comfy queen sized beds. Fast internet. Mini fridge that is (website hidden) keeps it cool. Plenty of hot water. Place was clean when we got there. Various utensils, pots and pans. Bath and hand towels and kitchen rags were provided.

Out the front door of the building it is a two block walk to the beach. There is a bus stop on the corner and another one for the Beach Bus (route 22) two blocks away. They make pizzas in a wood fired oven in the parking lot. There is an awesome Korean BBQ place around the corner (Me BBQ). Just out the door is a real low key tour place (Shaka Tours). Three major rental car places are within blocks and tours/shuttles are easy to get since there are hotels all around.

This trip was with my 10 year old daughter and she gives her stamp of approval.

I was thrilled with this rental and Roger was great to work with by phone/email. He was always responsive and checked in with us to see how things were going.

  • Great location. About 5 mins walk to beach (if that). Felt like a secure building. Very clean and comfortable. If you want a base that is near everything, this place is perfect and a great price.

  • Roger was easy to get a hold of. Very helpfull and we loved staying at the place. It was two blocks from the beach and was close to all the activities. Small but clean studio with everything we needed for our weeklong stay there. We would stay there again.
