Our neighborhood is backed up to Tucker Grove Park and the foot hills and brings us an abundance of wildlife in the gardens. Our garden is bee/butterfly friendly and we have lots of birds coming to our bird baths and a lot of local plants and flowers to attract humming birds. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk in.

I felt comfortable at their place. They got everything ready for me. They left me alone.. They do their own thing, work, e.t.c. They are the best host. The room is so cozy And the whole place is clean and tidy and safe . I would love to stay there again in the future.
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Christina but Geoff was very helpful and accommodating. He suggested different places that I should check out. I LOVED the room and especially the bed, soooo comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The house is situated in a great area, within a good distance of a lot of attractions. The tangerines that were in a bowl in my room, came straight from their tree in the front yard in the house. They were extremely delicious. I would suggest staying here again to anyone staying in the area.
Geoffrey and Christina are great hosts and very personable, and the location is great. It's not to far from downtown SB and we even drove a few miles to Buellton to enjoy the Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co.
Geoffrey and Christina were very welcoming and easy going, they made us feel at home and we could come and go as we liked.
There were no restriction to coming home late at night and leaving hours. They were patiently waiting for us on the first evening even though we arrived 3 hours late without warning. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the environment is beautiful. The bathroom was kept spotless and I enjoyed the shampoo, soap and conditioner put at our disposition. We had nice chats and they both gave us all the information we needed. We'll come back anytime!
Christina and Geoffrey were very nice hosts! The room was very clean and just as shown on the pictures. Communication was very easy and they responded very quickly to all my questions and were totally uncomplicated. Absolutely recommended!!
Nice if smallish room in a well kept home.
Christina and Geoffrey were not around when I was checking in but they left the key in a safe place for me.
Comfy bed with lots of pillows and many books if one is in need of reading material.
Very quiet street nestled in a canyon on Santa Barbara's north side. Close enough to the freeway to have quick access but far enough to be very calm.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars had to do with the booking experience and had nothing to do with the room or Christina and Geoffrey.
I would be happy to stay with them again if I need a room in the area.
We enjoyed our time at the welcoming and peaceful home of Geoffrey and Christina. They were very hospitable hosts and communication was great all the way through. Geoff and Christina were generous with their time and provided us with a lot of information towards our specific needs. Highly recommended!
Quiet, clean, and comfortable room. I enjoyed listening to the crickets and the distant howling coyotes before a good night sleep. Great location between UCSB and downtown SB.
Geoff and Christina were very acommodating despite our late arrival and their house offered a very nice getaway, and a very easy drive to Santa Barbara's downtown.
We rented both rooms, the house was clean and spacious, and they made all the amenities easily available. Definitely recommended if you need a place by the foothills of SB.
