As you enter this Downtown Castle in the City, you will immediately see the open floor plan designed for entertaining your friends and family. While you may notice the outside looks like an old world Tuscan Villa, you will quickly find the inside looks more like a Downtown Loft. Just a few reasons you will enjoy your stay include cooking in the gourmet kitchen, relaxing in the master suite w/ fine cotton linens, playing in the fenced yard. The space
Perfect for families who like to plan ahead. We offer a 20% discount for 7 nts or more and 33% discount for 28 nts or more. You will agree this space is amazing both inside and outside! Inside, you get to cook in a fully stocked kitchen with a gas cook top, dishwasher, Green pan non-stick, De-longhi espresso maker, tea kettle, etc. The best part of the kitchen with a gas cook top. The open floor plan makes this a perfect place to entertain friends and family. You can actually cook and talk face to face to those sitting at the kitchen island and even watch the t.v. in the livingroom at the same time. You can cook and still be part of the conversation. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms w/King beds w/fine cotton linens, two queens and a full size, and one queen downstairs. In the master suite, you can choose to relax in a hot shower or in the 72" Jacuzzi tub. There are also t.v.'s in 3/5 bedrooms and the living room has a 75" TV for sports fans. If you are traveling with children, you will appreciate that the property is totally fenced. Additionally, you can sit on the deck and sip a coffee as you listen to the birds. Or you can enjoy a glass of wine on the deck, the front or back porch. There is also a playground for your kids/grand children. There is also plenty of off-street parking for your car and the back drive is gated. Also, if you have an electric vehicle, we added a Tesla universal charger to charge your car (2023). Beacon Hill is an award winning neighborhood that is very walkable, has a playground, and a coffee shop. The KC Castle is perfect situated for you to explore ALL that Downtown KC has to offer. NEW for 2025 main level sleeping has been added for grand parents. There is now a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the living room.
