Amara Villa III is a three-story beachfront residence spanning 210 sq.m, thoughtfully designed in a chic, minimalist holiday style. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests across its 3 spacious bedrooms, with the flexibility to host up to 8 if needed.

The space
Amara Villa III is perfectly situated for a car-free holiday, with a sandy beach just 100 meters away, complete with private sunbeds exclusively for our guests. All essential amenities are within easy walking distance, making daily needs effortless, while the beautiful area of Rethymno and its picturesque Old Town are just 3 km away.

Indoor Layout - Ground Floor:
-Cozy open-plan area with living room and kitchen.
-Living room includes two comfortable sofas, 49" HDTV, pool view, and direct access to veranda.
-Fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and indoor dining area, ideal for self-catering.
-Half bathroom
-Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, self-controlled A/C, 32" HDTV.

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with shower cabin. Balcony with patio furniture and a large veranda.

Lower Floor:
-Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, self-controlled A/C, 32" HDTV.
-Playroom with 49" HDTV, Netflix, PlayStation 4, Bluetooth speaker, board games, comfortable sofa, and pool terrace access via staircase.
-Gym with sauna, static bike, treadmill, and two yoga mats.
-Extra bathroom with a shower cabin.
-Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor Area - Fully fenced, landscaped garden and pool terrace for total privacy.
-50 sq. m. private swimming pool (1.50 m deep) with children’s section (0.50 m deep). Pool heating available on request with additional daily charge (requires at least 1 week’s notice).
-3 double day beds with umbrellas.
- Shaded gazebo with outdoor living room next to the pool
- Charcoal barbecue facilities
- Dining area situated beneath a shaded pergola
- A ping pong table and 3 bicycles are also available
- Parking space for 1 car outside the Villa

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

Neighborhood highlights

Misiria is a consecutive suburb of Rethymnon, located 3km west of the Rethymnon city. A long sandy beach stretches along the area, which is an extension of vast north coastline that starts near the harbour of Rethymno and extends to the east for 13km till Skaleta beach. It is very well organised, with a plethora of choices for food, drink and beach bars.

Like in all parts of the long beachfront, loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) lay their eggs here. The turtles are threatened with extinction, but the Rethymno Gulf is one of the three most important places for the species in Greece, bearing annually more than 400 nests in average.

The lively old town of Rethymno, with its many tavernas, gift shops, cafes and bars is only a short drive way. The town of Rethymno also offers many sightseeing spots, such as the Fortezza fortress, the Venetian harbour, several mosques, the municipal garden and more. Furthermore, several picturesque villages are within close proximity ideal for walks around the area.
